Why are you still linking Lukaku with Inter? because in reality, Lukaku is already at AS Roma and it's clear that Lukaku won't be playing at Inter this season. I am not 100% sure if Poga actually used doping the way we know because he was already injury. I believe that we are going to end up with more like "some medicine that helps him recover faster" type of thing probably which may not be allowed.
