Saying is too early actually isn't really making much sense to me because I know that the season is already far spent as we have gone past the twentieth week of the season and thst could mean that the season will come to an end son as the season has got no beyond 35 weeks so they have already gone past half of the season already So these teams have gat not much time and than it's very much possible that at this point they can actually determine and ascertained who's got a better chance as against the other in the league so it isn't too early to make speculations around the possible ability of Lazio been able to secure a spot at the champions league next season except if they were close to the top four teams by position or points then we could say they have still got some chances.

Tho it's still looking like they are have  seemingly equal chances at it based on their points difference and positions but then I still think beyond that is their presents performance and that of Lazio hasn't been such that looks like they are going to be able to just displace anyone soon.

The tension that Lazio received from AC Milan yesterday was definitely high, but they couldn’t take it any more to the extent that they started playing an emotional rough game in the field, which didn’t help them but ended up giving them more red cards, but it was just the fact, as you mentioned, that AC Milan deserved to win the match because they actually played a nice and wonderful game that their opponents (Lazio) were not expecting to happen. That is why they started playing rough games, which didn’t help.

In normal times, Lazio is still very strong to be able to keep up with Milan and Milan cannot take advantage of this advantage by scoring lots of goals. The two red cards at the end of the match actually had no influence whatsoever on Milan's victory and were just emotions from the Lazio players. Well, it's quite sad for Lazio and I hope they can focus more on the next match and forget about the results of this match.

Regardless of their h2h or movement in position in this match Milan is still quite a favorite because of the statistics they have made in the last few matches so of course this will make a difference where the spirit and mentality of the players must be more pronounced in this case. Actually in this case there are several decisions that I think are questionable, such as when Pelegrini's red card should have been minimized by Lazio even though the ball was still play on but with the referee's slow reaction when there was a collision requiring Pelegrini to pull to see the situation where there should be fairplay.

In addition there were several other decisions that were quite ambiguous such as Maignan's condition which was indeed lacking communication and several violations that actually had to be discussed before giving cards.
I am happy with the result of Milan winning but on the other hand in this case I think the referee's decision needs to be questioned because it seems to be too favorable to one side in a match.

What Lazio experienced in this match was quite surprising, they received 3 red cards in one match, it was something bad that they experienced. Maybe for the 2 red cards they received at the end of the match did not mean anything for the score of the match, but the 1 red card they received in the 57th minute must be recognized that changed the match, because I am sure if they played with 11 players AC Milan would not be able to create 1 goal which became the only goal in this match that brought AC Milan to win the match.

You are right that Lazio must quickly forget what happened in this match and they must focus on the upcoming matches. After all, they also still have a match in the Champions League which will be very draining because they will face Bayern Munich at their own headquarters. I had a feeling that the match will end this way because irrespective of how most of the clubs on the lower level of the league table are wining most of the top teams doesn't mean that they can easily win all the time, although irrespective of Lazio losing the match but they really tried to have hold Ac Milan to a draw on there first half and even when they come back to the second half they were still able maintain there performance but everything change the minutes they had the red card that's were there struggle started from and Ac Milan had to utilize the opportunity and score them on the 80 minutes.
