I was actually disappointed to see Inter lose the match against Atletico Madrid. Well, I was not disappointed at the competition. Because it was a good competition between both of them. But I thought Inter was already leading by a long way in the Serie A. So they should be able to do well in the Champions League because they do not have much pressure.

And now they are going to be in a mindset of dominating the domestic league. I do not think Napoli actually has any chance against them. Since Napoli has not been performing well in recent times. I also expect them to score more than two goals against Napoli. But I also expect them to keep a clean sheet.

Last season they were runners up but this season they were eliminated early and this should be a lesson for Inter Milan to improve their quality to be stronger next season.

Of course, the Scudetto is one of the remaining targets that they can fight for this season and it seems that their chances are very big because they are far ahead of their closest competitors. Fans are indeed disappointed, but if Inter Milan can lock in the Scudetto, maybe it will cure their disappointment this season.

Definitely, in Serie A, it is certain that Inter will hold the medal for this season. The points are very far compared to the lubs below. Intermilan needs some preparations to celebrate its winning the Scudetto this season since this is gonna be another trophy that will obviously win by intermilan and replace UCL trophy which is vanished after intermilan out from UCL. We have no more candidates in the UCL caused by they are all out because of the bad performances. It has indicated that these clubs are not yet strong enough to compete with clubs from other leagues. To me this is actually the most surprising outcome in the Champions League so far. I put them on one level with Manchester City and Real Madrid and the fact that it was an inconsistent and erratic Atletico Madrid that eliminated them somehow makes me sad. I would have liked to see them further play in the Champions League. They are an incredibly strong and balanced team and it is too bad that some of their best penalty takers failed when they couldn't afford to do so. In my opinion it is a loss to the Champions League competition now as they played great football. But it is not always the best team that wins, which is ok. But if I had the choice, I would go with Inter instead of Atletico all the time.

It's true, Inter can still celebrate by winning the Scudetto even though they were eliminated in the Champions League, their fate is even better than several teams that are still in the quarter finals at the moment. If Dortmund, ATM, Barcelona and Bayern are eliminated, then they will end the season empty-handed, in that case Inter is still better.

Returning full focus to Serie A will make Inter quite tough in the remaining matches ahead, Inzaghi fleet has a big chance of sweeping all matches with a win. It is possible that they can collect 100 points this season, Napoli and Milan are teams that might trouble their steps.

Inzaghi can freely experiment with his main squad, giving the younger players more time, and they can relax while waiting for the season to end. The truth remains that Inter Milan is the best performing team in the league right now as the evidence is clearly seen in the league table so losing against ATM will affect them but that wouldn't stop them from focusing on the most important thing to them right now which is securing the league trophy which they are 70% sure of winning already due to the gap between them and the second place so playing against the defending champions Napoli who also lost against Barcelona shouldn't deter them from dropping points.

For the other teams Bologna and Empoli, Bologna has shown that they have got what it takes to be in the champions League next season i think that's one important achievement they will be proud of take the performance till the end of the season, they were better in performance today despite winning with a lone goal.

Intermilan was not playing badly but it's just unlucky caused by it was playing away. Intermilan did some horrible executions duringt he penalty and this is also makig the situation worst when the first failed penalty was happening. It gives major impact to the next executors even lautaro martinez lost his cnofidence to execute it.
that's why his shoots were going up and became very inaccurate. The early executors must able to help club to win the title of this season. Winning scudetto is more than enough for intermilan fans. I do agree with you if the result against ATM totally unpredictable.
