I have never seen a Serie A title-winning team suffer such a slump in the past. Napoli won the title the previous season. So naturally the fans' expectations were high from Napoli this season. We also thought that the Napoli team might fight for the title this season.   But Napoli's performance left us all disappointed.

The Napoli team is in tenth place in the points table with only 13 wins out of 37 matches. However, I consider the team's bad defense to be the main reason for Napoli's downfall this season. Napoli have conceded 48 goals in 37 matches this season.   On the other hand, Napoli conceded only 28 goals last season.

Napoli need an experienced coach. Also the squad needs to be strengthened. But I don't think the Napoli management will be interested in spending huge amounts of money to strengthen their squad.

With the victory that Fiorentina managed to get in this match then of course, Fiorentina managed to lock the eighth position and that way Fiorentina managed to get a Conference League ticket. True, a move to Napoli would certainly enhance Gasperini's career, but would it be a wise decision for him? small teams definitely have small expectations, while large teams definitely have big expectations too. Actually in recent football Atlanta happens to be the only Italian team to have won the Europa of which is a record that even top Italian team have not been able to achieve Ina very long time, the likes of Juventus, inter Milan and the other top teams which actually get to be top teams in the Italian league, they do finish at top four most times in the season so they haven't been able to qualify for the Europa or winning it.

I'm sure it never occurred to Atlanta they were going to be able to achieve such a goal at the beginning of the Europa league games untill the point they got to the semi finals where they were fixed against Liverpool them they taught it was going to be the end of the game for them but I think beating Liverpool was the greatest unlocking of their potential because since after then they got to play differently than they have ever done since the beginning of the season, they developed a new and all inclusive tactics that got them the kind of results they have desired the most.

This should be the case because this season Napoli are far away from the competition and this is due to the management's failure to find the coach they need. Next season will be more difficult and maybe Napoli's target is not as far away as you are talking about, but if the coach's support is still the same then we doubt they will be able to make big changes for next season. Genoa won the game, and still, to me, there is no point in them lessening the gap between Napoli because Napoli also have a game to still play, and we all know that they have a very high chance of winning, so is there any point? All what you will be considering in this game is that of Bologna, seeing they have a possibility of dropping down to the fourth position on the league because they are sharing the same points with Juventus, and Juventus still have a game to play against Monza, which I know they will also not like to lose such an opportunity. Juventus will have to win Monza just to make it above Bologna. To cut a long story short, even if they don’t win again, Monza, which I mean, even if their game ended in a draw, they will still share one point each, and Juventus will still make it to the third place in the table. I think the Napoli team is a total disappointment this season because after the glory they had last season they allowed themselves to be in such a very poor performance and they didn't get a better Manager to revive the team and get it back it it's feet until the end of the season indeed it's a big shame for them. I didn't know what went wrong in the team but they made the biggest mistakes of their life by letting the coach that brought the cup to the team go, they should have given him more time to better the performance of the players and right now the team plays like they don't know what they are doing as they will keep losing focus and matches if they can't get a good playing pattern because nothing is working in the team. They need a total turn around because they have the same number of players they won the league with them last season and not qualifying in any European competition best season, I think they need a manager that will work on the team and ensure they compete with other teams next season.
