After I realized and read several opinions from other members here, it turned out that I had to retract what I had said previously because Juve's financial condition was not as I expected.

Yeah is unfortunate that people only see Inter Milan and few other clubs on the top of the table as the only best clubs on the league forgetting that there are more clubs that could possibly take challenged one season and outperform all the clubs we believe has the best performance on the league, though is certainly obvious that Inter Milan has shown to everyone on this season that they have the best performance but that doesn't mean that other smaller team will not be able to win the league, so perhaps let's not forget Bayern Leverkusen that was not too consistent on the previous seasons while Bayern Munich was always leading the Bundesliga but they never believe that Bayern Leverkusen that wasn't consistent on there previous seasons will outperform them and win the league, I could also remember Girona who has been very inconsistent for several season in terms if qualifying for the champions League but look how there efforts has brought them on this season and they almost won the league, so actually underestimating any club is not advisable because football could be very unpredictable.

But in the end the situation remains the same where in recent seasons only big clubs have always been able to perch at the top of the standings in the race for the Scudetto every season.
Although it cannot be denied that there are several clubs such as Fiorentina, Atalanta, Bologna, Roma or Lazio but I think they can only be categorized as clubs that are indeed dark horses and difficult to be used as candidates in the competition for the Scudetto even though last season Lazio's development was quite improved but this only happened in 1 season in the end.

If they are able to get their attack solidly working well enough, their defense will most likely face lesser pressure and inturn, that can be able to score more goals which can be able to help them cover up for their defense errors if any happens. If they are leading by a good number of goals in a games, it will be a mechanisms for them to staying ahead meanwhile towards the later part of the second half, they can consider falling back to strengthen the defense thereby protecting the goals they have secured so far and probably ending the game in victory at the end of the day.

Serie A has been much different since 2020 and other elite teams cannot compete as before due to several obstacles only Inter Milan can remain consistent from season to season, we know the main obstacles in finance where elite teams cannot bring in the players the coach wants so they find it difficult to compete at European level. For next season I see Napoli and Inter Milan competing for the title I say this based on the squad and their activity in the transfer window.

Inter Milan recent Scudetto win shows to their hard work and dedication and they will likely be strong contenders again next season. However I also believe Juventus will be force to be reckoned with under new manager Thiago Motta. Despite their recent struggles Old Lady has history of resilience and always finds ways to bounce back. With new manager and renewed sense of purpose I expect Juventus to be a serious title contender next season pushing likes of Inter Milan and other elite clubs to their limits. I think, I have noticed it from Italian league competition because they have strong teams to challenges each other in the Italian tournament, because they don't want one team to remain the champion like four times before another team will take over from them. Napoli won the title last season and inter took over from Napoli this season which there is a hope that another team will take over from inter next season, because many teams are signing new players in this season to ensure they correct their errors to win the title next season. I don't think, this new manager will help Juventus to win this title next season, because it will take him long time to understand the players before they will begin to experience good performance.

This transfer period is very critical for Juventus. If they can get the players they expect, they can fight directly for the top, not for the top 4. Nice is a good one. But none of them are actually world-class. I would actually argue that even PSG is not world-class. They are just too rich and they do not have any competition in the league.

But compared to that Serie A has a lot more competition going on. The teams are interested in winning and more importantly, the teams are more interested in improving themselves better to other people. That’s what makes competition much more fierce. That’s what makes the competition enjoyable. We definitely do not see that in Ligue 1. In Ligue 1, it is PSG who should be able to win all the matches. And if somehow they fail to win the matches or even win the lake title, it is because they have played badly not because the other teams played well.

You have said it all already, and when you compare both Italians from Seria A Scudetto League Competition and that from the French League 1 Competition and what they both have done in the European level, then you'll see that they not even nowhere near these Italian clubs.
They have done better then league one clubs in the Champions League Competition and also the UEFA European Europa League Competition.

But then, I'd love to play in the League 1 Competition anyways, they're also a good side despite not at the levels of the Spanish League, Premier League and also German Bundesliga.
I'd want to rate them with the Dutch Competition. They're the leagues on.the same level.

Hopefully, Paris Saint Germans get a perfect replacement for Kylian Mbappe. Khivicha Kvaratskhelia wouldn't have been a bad idea but doubt he'll be switching sides.
