If Victor Osimhen were to move to Chelsea to play in the premier league I don't think he would have any major problems settling in. in the premier league teams are less defensive and more inclined to play attacking, unlike in Serie A where most teams play a lot of defence, and in recent years Osimhen has shown that he can become an absolute top player. Your statement is quite different with other publication about Lukaku and Napoli. I remember that Repubblica newspaper said that Conte has sent the first offer for Lukaku. It is less than half of Lukaku's asking price by Chelsea. It's around €15m. But, Chelsea has rejected it. They want the offer to be closer to Lukaku's price, which is around €44m.
