Motta had a very successful year in Bologna. I think he can show the same success in Juventus. The Italian league is a competitive league and requires you to be physically strong. I'm not seeing Motta's most remarkable accomplishment as bringing Bologna to play in the UCL as a special thing. Motta was a coach who concentrated on defensive play, and Juventus followed this last season. Regarding mentioning Juventus as a possible title contender for next season, and Im doubting it.
Though Motta has been acquiring lots of fresh players to overhaul the team, I have nothing to expect from Juventus. Moota was also quite common as a 4-back mechanism; how can I have positive thoughts of him?

After just one season with Spezia, Thiago Motta was appointed as the manager of Bologna in September 2022 with a lot of people doubting his capability of improving the performance Italian club but Motta didn't allow what people had to say about him affect his performance with Bologna as he helped the team finish in the top four of the Italian Serie A. Now that Juventus have appointed him as their new head coach, some are still saying that he's not experienced enough to manage a big club like Juventus but I've got a different opinion to that.
Thiago Motta despite his few years as a professional manager have shown enough managerial abilities for him to be given the job to manage Juventus if you ask me. The Old Ladies of Turin have been struggling to find their feet since they lost the last won the league title in 2019 and for a big Italian club that's trying to rebuild the team, I think Thiago Motta will help Juventus get back to their feet.

Douglas Luiz is a really good move by Juventus. I totally support that.    One can say there were already lots of CMs in the squad but how many of them have been as beneficial as him? I guess none of them.



Look at the image below which is showing Douglas Luiz's preferred positions and his contributions to Aston Villa. He can still score and make assists even if he is used as DM. But considering these stats I would absolutely want to use him as CM if I were in Motta's place.  

It is good that Juventus has started with strengthening the midfield. Like I said before, it was the urgent place as there wasn't proper score contribution from that.

If new quality players are not brought into the club Thiago Motta will not be able to achieve a good result with these current players. Juventus has little financial problem but the management need to sign players to support Motta because he is a good coach and can achieve success for the based on his skills and experience.

Next season will not be a season that Inter will dominate like last season because many clubs are reshuffling their team to strengthen it and make sure that they are in a good form for next season competition.

Motta will adjust the existing players and add some players who have been recruited maybe it's because of Motta's desire to buy players, I think Motta should be able to train existing players to play well again this depends on the coach who handles it because of the previous Juventus squad is not bad it's just that Allegri's strategy is not good so Juventus is declining because of his performance.

Looking at Motta's achievements with Bologna we see he is a great coach when he is officially at Juventus it will be better maybe the Serie A competition will be tighter again while Inter Milan will not decline more sharply they may still remain consistent with their great performances like last season, and we will see how next season maybe some other clubs will dominate the standings.

I also quite agree with what you said because any team at this time has indeed overhauled more players and also their coaches to have a better next season. I love ambition, I really do. But lets not get too excited. Juventus, they're not as strong as they used to be. Things are going badly for them. How they like to play? Boring. Their defence? Asleep at the wheel. And creativity? Forget about it.

This Thiago Motta, he's a decent guy, maybe even a good coach. He's not the second coming, though. He's not going to fix this team right away. The Serie A isnt the same as it used to be either. Inter Milan, they're the big dogs now. Juventus? They are battling over food scraps.

Its possible for Motta to win a few races and even make some noise. But Championships? Not this year, folks. Not with this team.

Getting Spinazzola free is always going to be worth it. After living five years he did not extend his contract with Roma. So that does mean the Italian full-back is going to leave the Italian capital as a free agent. And I think getting him free is not bad at all, but the problem is, you know, 31-year-old Spinazzola is very much injury-prone. So there is a chance that he is going to get injured very quickly, again.

At the end of the day even if Antonio Conte is able to get him for free, they might have to give away money as his salary for nothing if he is injured. Paolo Montero was not fired, because Paolo Montero was also only appointed to be an interim coach to replace Allegri who was fired after successfully bringing Juventus the Coppa Italia trophy. Rui Patrício the goalkeeper of Roma is about to leave the team. Back in 2021, he joined Roma from the Premier League and he had a good performance which made Mourinho to make him the first goalkeeper in the past when he was working in Roma.

Bologna did not have a strong squad. Despite having a mediocre squad we saw excellent performances from Bologna last season. And with the help of Motta, the Bologna team was able to qualify for the Champions League. And perhaps this is why Juventus management is interested in Motta.

We already have proof that Motta has the ability. Now if Juventus wants to dominate Serie A again then Juventus must form a stronger squad. Motta has to spend big funds to buy players of his choice. If Motta is given full freedom and funding then I believe we will see stronger gameplay from Juventus next season.

Thiago Motta's quality has been seen and there is no doubt that he will fail in managing Juventus. with what you said about Thiago Motta who was able to bring Bologna into a fairly favorable ranking, this indeed proves that Thiago Motta has quality that can be guaranteed. One of the great signings by motta. Douglaz Luiz has very impressive stats as a central/defensive midfielder. Also, Luiz can play as an attacking midfielder. Doglas luiz will be very beneficial for juventus, then motta will put him on 4-3-1-2 or 4-2-3-1 strategies.

By recruiting Douglaz Luiz, Juventus gets a complete player package. He can fulfill the midfielder position. As per your picture above, it's said that there's no good midfielder in juventus's line up. Again, it must start by fixing the midfielders' line. Then, the team can strengthen its attack.

In the end, douglaz luis is an amazing recruitment by juventus, and he will fit into the motta's scheme to strengthen juventus's attacking line.

Yes, but with changes by changing coaches or club players, it is hoped that positive results will be achieved. Juventus will be able to challenge for the title in Serie A again so that the competition becomes competitive again. Last season Juventus competed with Inter Milan but in the end the club had to collapse in the middle of the journey because the club's performance is inconsistent but at least he is still competing in the top 3, which is better than in the previous season where he ended in a fairly bad ranking.
