Alex Jimenez is mainly a RB but can play as a LB too. There is really no other natural LB in the squad other than Theo though. But I don't think Milan feel the need of such thing. Because Theo is a really special player and he doesn't make the team doubt him. That is obviously a wrong way to approach this,  Victor Oshime demands to leave the club and they have to respect that, you cannot keep a player who no longer wants to play for a club no more. He is a quality player but then, he is just another player and another player can score goals and bring contributions like him for the club. Antonio Conte has the perfect plans on who to replace him. They didn't value him that much last season, with too many disrespect. They will definitely get a good fit to replace him.

This is why he is making moves for a club who can at least compete more at a top level consistently, with that he could be able to win the Champions League Competition and other domestic cup Competitions.

I will love to see what Daniel De Rossi has for As Roma this season, I was expecting some upgrades from last season, but I'm yet to see any transfer to As Roma making sense. I am also interested to see what tactics De Rossi is going to implement in the next season.  I think we can say that what he tried to do did not work very well so far.  yes it probably did work write after he joined the club.  but it does not seem to work anymore.  so that is something he will have to keep in mind as well.

You're right with your opinion that some players move to a new club and it becomes a big turnaround to their career but considering the type of football Romelu Lukaku is known for, strongly believe that we're not gonna see him at his best again. Lukaku since he came to limelight knows as a striker who believes more in his physical strength than his technical strength to get past defenders. He's always muscling his ways past defenders and considering his current age and recent performances, I don't think the Belgian will still be able to maintain those physicality feats he's known for. New Napoli coach is very good in management and even when some of us don't believe in Romelu Lukaku again, the Italian manager can still bring out the best from him again but that I think will be difficult.

In the 2022/23 season the team not only did well in local league tournaments but also played in the semi-finals of the Champions League.
