I agree with you. Most players in Serie A do not come from the academy. I don't know whether this is influenced by the quality of the academy or because the teams in Serie A only want quality players and do not prioritize players from the academy. This is different when compared to other leagues that we can see, such as the English League which has many young players, the Bundesliga which is famous for the Dortmund team with its young players, or the most famous currently is La Liga where Real Madrid and Barcelona even have young players who have become national team players at Euro 2024.

Juventus really need to fight for the league next season. Every other team in the league is also doing a lot. The serie A is always competitive so if they don't fix their squad, they'll not be able to compete next season.
Thiago Motta is a good coach but he can only do so much with an average squad. I believe Juventus will be a formidable team next season but they need to get the right players and the first thing they need to do is get rid of the players they don't need again so there will be space for new players.
Chiesa and Vlahovic are player they could sell to raise funds, because those are players that can raise enough money. I doubt they'll still sell Vlahovic though because it seems they want to use him next season.
Juventus, Inter and Napoli are going to be the teams that will fight for the league next season in my opinion.

Napoli will be my first choice for the tittle next season. A new coach, not just a new coach, one who has a good understanding of the Seria A Competition and has  won the Scudetto League Competition with the likes of  Juventus and Inter Milan. Having all the week for just the Seria A fixtures week in and out reminds me of his season with Chelsea. That was one of the key factors that lead to his successfull campaign.

Juventus hasn't done well with transfer I'd say.i want to see who leaves and who stays put before I can vouch for them, right now, it's all about Inter Milan the defending champions and Napoli.

It is not always about the quality of the player, sometimes it's about fitting the system. You can be a much better player and be replaced by a much worse player and the team could do better that way, how?
