You have a point on saying that Empoli is more favourite than Juventus because they have good strength, but to me that is your own perception, so I can’t say you are wrong because I respect your choice, but did you know what Juventus can do? May be you have no idea why you will choose Empoli to them, but for me, I think in the game Juventus will play more than Empoli.
Empoli have their amazing start in this season and probably a best or one of best starts in their club history, but it's just only first three matches. In a long season, Empoli will have many difficulties to maintain this form, first of all they have limited resources; second they are not familiar with staying in top range of Serie A. Other clubs will pay more attention and play more careful in next matches with Empoli after seeing what they could do.
For this season Juventus is still on the right track, even though they only drew in the last match I think that is normal because their opponent was AS Roma. For the next match I am not saying Juventus will win easily because Empoli has played well so far especially when they play at home, Juventus really need luck to get 3 points or they will only get 1 point.
Juventus are back on where they used to belong to for years and they many matches ahead to improve themselves with new head coach, new players and to prove to all clubs in Serie A that the Old Lady is actually back for domination in Serie A. Empoli can try to challenge Juventus but it won't change a fact that Juventus are stronger in a direct match and through a long season.
By the way I am also highlighting Udinese and Torino both teams are in the top 4 with 7 points from 3 matches will they drop out of top 4 in week 4?
If they not drop out of top four after the week 4, they will be kicked out of this range in future. It's only matter of time because with their resources, it's not easy for them to maintain such high positions against several big clubs in Serie A.
