Each team played only 10 matches. Still each team will play 28 more matches. It is a long journey. So the points table is still likely to see big changes.
The points gap between the top four teams in the table is very narrow. Inter Milan, AC Milan and Roma are only 1 point behind Napoli. If Napoli drop points in any of their upcoming matches they will lose top spot in the table. I think we will see Inter Milan at the top of the table in the next few weeks. AC Milan also have a big chance if they continue their good performance.

The scudetto is a very competitive and precious trophy for the Seria A teams. They're all been arranging and been in competition for main trophies. This is a club that wouldn't be indulging with lesser outcome but with excellent results. Italian clubs will always go in for the best titles because they're elected to be the furious for the big challenges ahead. I'm starting to gain acquaintance with this clubs, a very prestigious fact to see elite teams stepping ahead of their game because that's the level one will watch themselves.

Yes, all teams compete with each other and fight for the trophy, the scudetto is the symbol of the highest peak in a competition in that country. Not only that, but participants can also advance to more prestigious leagues like the Champions League and others. This year, we'll see how underdogs like Como and Bologna manage to compete in the middle and upper reaches of the table. I think this year's competition is very tight and competitive, they want to show that they are capable of competing with other big teams, hopefully they can be consistent until the end of this season.

This season should be AC Milan's turn to reestablish their dominance in Serie A, especially since they are not participating in European competition this season. This should be an opportunity for AC Milan to return to their dominant position in Serie A. They need to emulate what Napoli did last season, not only trying to return to the Champions League but also aiming to win the Scudetto title.

I like the way that, the Seria A is going because, all the top teams are getting results in their favour. Looking at the league table you could see the level of competition that is going on at the top of the table. The gap is not much so every team is expected to win their games and remain at the top half of the table.for now it will be tough to chose any team that one may consider favorite because all the top four teams are doing.



About winning the scudetto we can't use this current form to judge which team is going to win the league because,the season is just starting and these teams are ment to lose form as the season goes towards the business end were all  every team will be trying to get results and finish in a good position.

I really cant believe how they are playing and how bad they are doing, i write a few days back here in this thread about thinking they have a good team which has to be at least in mid tabble but they are rock bottom, how you can lose in your home against Lecce!!!! One of the worst teams in the league by far.

It's very difficult to predict at this stage, as the Italian League is currently ablaze. Every team is still vying for the title. While Napoli may be top of the table, they demonstrated with their Champions League match today that they have the potential to drop points, even at home. I have a feeling Inter Milan and Milan will be more inclined to win the title with their current squads. Napoli could fall behind in the title race in a few games. Juventus, on the other hand, could come from behind and join the title race. We're looking at an interesting season ahead of us.

One team will definitely stand out in a matter of time since the league is not far gone but I find it some how confusing about the nature of the league this season. None of the team is showing that seriousness and determination that we see in some seasons which is the reason the top teams are at about the same points. Inter Milan was doing so well until the lost the match that place them on the same point with Napoli, same can be said about Napoli and even AC Milan. The league is just without direction at the moment and it is very difficult knowing who will win.

This season I've seen many surprises, for example Fiorentina, who under normal circumstances would be fighting for at least a place in the Europa League or Conference League, but are now fighting to avoid relegation; Atalanta, who were a strong team fighting for Champions League qualification, sold players and declined significantly; Lazio is another unstable team, so I see Como as having the potential to at least secure a place in the Conference League. They are a team that is surprising me a lot.

I would like to believe in the Como fairytale as well. But they are simply on two men that are having the time of their lives. Butez is goal pulling down saves that would even cause prime Buffon to be jealous and Nico Paz is shouldering the whole attack on his shoulders. When I watched that Napoli draw, Butez was the sole reason that they got a point. Morata had missed a penalty, the attack had seemed toothless

This kind of form doesn't last. Goalkeepers cool off, wonder kids regress. And when that occurs (most likely in December when they play Inter and Roma away) then it is going to get ugly very quickly

They have three games to play against bottom-half teams that can be won. Unless they can bank at least 7 points there, forget Europe. Competition above them is too fierce, and frankly, Como is simply not a 38-game grind kind of team. Magnificent tale, dubious conclusion

What's being discussed is perhaps the current competition, not competition until the end of the season. But even last season, the competition was extremely tight until the end of the season, with Napoli only one point ahead of Inter Milan to become the Italian league champions for the 2024/2025 season. It's not impossible that tight competition in the Italian league will also occur in the 2025/2026 season.

Indeed it has become very interesting cause the top contenders have increased thereby making it tough to predict who would likely win the scudetto currently anyways teams like Napoli, Inter and AC Milan respectively are still favourites in my list, however Roma has suddenly become competitive so I won't overlook them cause I see lots of potential in their squad this season, they've impressed me more better than I thought Juventus would so I'll watch then closely to see how they'll manage in their next 5 matches before I decide to include them in my options for top contenders for the scudetto this season.

The league being so competitive at the top that you have no idea who will win the league is a great feeling. Sometimes it's just one team, sometimes it's two, but rarely it's ever like five teams which I can say it is right now. That type of thing always helps the league and the viewership too, you get a lot more views this way and should be something that would benefit them a lot and they are getting more views this way.

Even like let's say more Roma fans are watching Roma games, like everyone makes more money this way. More tickets sold, more merchandise and jerseys sold, it's benefiting everyone around the league. In return, all teams are getting more money and that means all teams should be getting better overall too.

Finally someone talked about their match today, I was so surprised when I checked the scoreline, this really proves that arr definitely going to drop points very soon. Their position on the board in the Italian league is only going to be temporary because they lack consistency. With the way things are going right now in this league it's very hard to predict which team is actually going to win the Italian league title.

Juventus trying to wrapped their head around the corner when it comes to big games this season. We know how they've struggled to win games but it's just not working for them but they still manage to scale through.

A draw today against Sporting CP is a good way for Luciano Spalleti to start. This new coach will not rest because there's more work to be done for Juventus this season. They're far behind but I think with Luciano Spalleti, they can pick up themselves from somewhere and go far.

I do not think is about  these teams showing seriousness and commitments but it is mostly about  these teams maintaining consistency, they have not been able to keep up with that for the most of time this season and that is why it looks like all the top teams are just around some Sam points, they are also giving mors attention to the champions league than they are to the Serie A title this season.  Napoli and Inter Milan especially who happens to be in the champions league, they have their attention a bit more focused in that direction.

I said that in one of my earlier posts. The quality of the league has dropped, and so has the pace, but the league has never been more interesting to follow. It used to be mostly Juventus dominating for the past ten years or so, while Napoli and the other clubs would usually fight for the remaining spots on the table. Napoli has fallen out of rhythm, and the worst part is that they have a lot of injured players. Lukaku and De Bruyne are now out for two months, which affects Conte’s plans a lot. Still, Napoli is holding up quite well, although i think there are teams with more quality. At this point, Napoli is mostly relying on experience.

Yes, unfortunately, the competition in Serie A appeared not because the number of top teams increased, but because the top teams lost their positions. The title race is actually more interesting than ever on paper, but when it comes to watching the games, I'm out  This round was +- good, 22 goals were scored, but if you remember the recent round where 11 goals were scored (there were 4 goalless draws in the round), then watching this was sheer torture. And if we talk about cash betting, then here everything is also sad, often the favorite barely beats the underdogs (if they beat them at all).

Yes, sometimes Serie A matches are real torture to watch, but we who love and follow Serie A will endure the pain As you said, on paper the title race might be the most exciting it’s ever been, but the quality has dropped significantly. I don’t really know what the cause is i know that top players often come there toward the end of their careers to play a few “easier” seasons before retiring. Still, I’m glad when I see players like Berardi, Di Natale, Totti, and others who stayed loyal to their clubs, because Serie A has always had the most players like that. I’d love to see beautiful football in Italy again and for the quality to improve . I think it could happen soon with the arrival of younger talents.
