In the case of Milan I don not think there is a case of bridge players coach relationship and the coach too has not been proven to be the absolute problem, so there is obviously room for improvement, they can give the coach the benefit of doubt for one more season and see if he will improve his tactical approach and his strategy for winning, if he is unable  to achieve the much expected productivity then they can be sure to looking into his replacement seeing that he is not getting  the team the desired result they have looked forward to getting.

Next season Inter will be top favourite for the league title on paper. They are my favourite too however of course we need to see the transfer window first. Will they manage to keep the squad solid after parting ways with some players?

I just don't see a good team there. Maybe they have the 4th most valuable squad in the Serie A but they just can't reflect it onto their games. They need better players in specific positions. 

If they had a stronger squad this season, I believe Allegri would do much better than this...

You are right.  AC milan's overall condition is not very good. It is very difficult for them to compete for the title. So they will be  happy if milan can qualify for the champions league next season. Amorim is likely to be signed by Milan management. Between amorim and Jaissle, one of milan's coaches is pretty much guaranteed. Amorim would probably be a better option than Jiassle. Because before he was the manager of manchester united. Amorim is more experienced than Jaissle. Ac milan management is likely to  finalize the deal with Amorim.

I am pretty sure that they could do that with Allegri too, but we all know they decided not to move on with Allegri .They did alright all season long, even was second place for a while too, and yet they have decided not to go along with Allegri any longer because they didn't like the last month they had with him.

So it's clear that we are going to see them get someone else. I do not know who it will be, Glasner, Amorim, Arbeloa , they are all a chance to be the next manager.

Ruben Amorim is a very experienced manager but we have seen that he could not lead the Premier League club Manchester United to the highest level of success last season, but even then there are rumors that he is in the running to become the manager of the Serie A club, which makes me think that the Italian club may be about to hire this manager. While it is true that Milan had a very bad end result, they did alright all season long and injuries caused them to have a very bad end of the season. Next season they can have a few players they want, and not many transfers and use whatever money they make from selling excess players they have a problem with.

Leao could go for 50+ million euro for example, and that alone is a great budger, they can get 2 players for that money. This is why they should be careful and not really focus on big numbers, just make smaller changes and try again. Because they were already good, they just had one bad month at the end, so there is no reason to suddenly go do a rebuilding stage when the yare already not that bad.

I don't know how valid but I was sure he will not take so long before he is back to manage a big and proper side. I have gone online to watch the podcasts from FabrizioRomano and I have not seen shiit, I was wondering if they're just mere speculations or genuinely linked with a proper move. Who I initially sw was Oliver Glasner but I don't know what progress they've had between these sides.

There is a weirdness about how failed coaches get new positions. Once you have ever been a coach, you wll never unemployed anymore no matter how bad you are, how bad your results are.

AC Milan needs a big change quickly and they want to have a high risk coach who has proven to be able coach well in Portugal, but who couldn't handle a Premier League team and that is odd to me. It is nothing more than an experiment and AC Milan doesn't even play in the Champions League. That means they won't their club to be among the top teams from day one and not fall behind because otherwise they have to fear a similar fate like some Premier League clubs. Manchester United is the best example.

Don't they analyse what the coaches do elsewhere? It's like they are all looking back to what he did in Portugal. Or AC Milan has no choice because none of the great coaches wants to go there. That is possible I think and would be an explanation.

If there is a clause in the deal or Paz then Real Madrid can decide to buy him back since they will not be spending much but the problem that will affect the deal is the player's chances of having a regular playing time with Real Madrid. If he's assured of having a good playing time then Como can't stop him from going to Real Madrid but the spaces in the Real Madrid team right now is looking like players will fight for the jersey especially those who are not big stars and Paz will fall in that category if he comes back to Real Madrid.

Madrid has always been very deliberate with its young players, those who are not yet first-team material but have quality, Madrid will let them go first to another team with a buy-back clause, and when the time comes they will take them back. They've been doing this for a long time, not just with Nico Paz, but with Carvajal and Casemiro, for example. So Como really can't do much to keep Paz, even if it is true that Paz still wants to be at Como, at least what I read, Nico Paz wants one more season to help Como and maybe because they will play in the UCL, where this player will remain a major player. Paz will have to rely on Mourinho, if Mou doesn't need him there's a good chance Madrid won't take him in the current market.

With how AC Milan ended the season, I think they really need to get a better coach who can properly handle the team. I feel that AC Milan's failure to qualify for next season's Champions League was due to poor management. However, I am not sure if Amorim would be able to handle AC Milan properly based on his recent performance at Manchester United, because Serie A is also a very competitive and difficult league.It was a surprise to me that AC Milan was unable to qualify for next season's Champions League. AC Milan started the Serie A season well and even seemed capable of competing for the league title. In fact, there was a period when I thought AC Milan might win the Serie A title. However, toward the end of the season, everything turned around. They eventually failed to secure a Champions League spot for next season, which was a very poor performance.

Milan also has a number of potential players across all positions, but because they have to change coaches, players have to adapt to the new coach, and sometimes they are ineffective due to the coach's constantly changing strategies.
Next season, there must be real changes made by Milan's management. If they want to build a stronger team, they should give the coach a longer chance so he can adapt and continue producing positive results.

Ruben Amorim is a good coach, even though he didn't perform well at Manchester United at least him signed good players for Manchester United which Michael Carrick used to perform excellently at Manchester United. I believe if he's giving all the support at AC Milan, AC Milan's performance will take a new turn. I saw a news yesterday that Ruben Amorim has agreed to all AC Milan conditions. If the news is true then Ruben Amorim will be announce as AC Milan new manager soon.

Unfortunately, coaching small teams is not the same as coaching large teams.
Even Pioli, going from a small team to a big one, or rather two, was unable to do anything, in fact he did so much damage that it ruined his career. And this is not good for every one.
