It's a valid news. The talk between Milan's representation and Amorim is still ongoing. The term is already accepted between both of parties. So Milan is just a few steps away from securing Amorim's signature to be their new coach. A bit surprised when they changed their direction from Glasner to Amorim. Nevertheless, i feel quite happy Amorim is not jobless anymore.
Ruben Amorim is a good coach, even though he didn't perform well at Manchester United at least him signed good players for Manchester United which Michael Carrick used to perform excellently at Manchester United. I believe if he's giving all the support at AC Milan, AC Milan's performance will take a new turn. I saw a news yesterday that Ruben Amorim has agreed to all AC Milan conditions. If the news is true then Ruben Amorim will be announce as AC Milan new manager soon. May be Amorim was a good coach before coming to manage Manchester United but is performance in United was below average based ony own opinion. Same players he had when he was in charge of Manchester United and failed was the same players that Carrick used to qualify the team for champions League and they finished the last season in 3rd place, let's hope that he will be lucky with AC Milan this time.

With how AC Milan ended the season, I think they really need to get a better coach who can properly handle the team. I feel that AC Milan's failure to qualify for next season's Champions League was due to poor management. However, I am not sure if Amorim would be able to handle AC Milan properly based on his recent performance at Manchester United, because Serie A is also a very competitive and difficult league. It was a surprise to me that AC Milan was unable to qualify for next season's Champions League. AC Milan started the Serie A season well and even seemed capable of competing for the league title. In fact, there was a period when I thought AC Milan might win the Serie A title. However, toward the end of the season, everything turned around. They eventually failed to secure a Champions League spot for next season, which was a very poor performance.
Sorry if I'm a bit of a pain in the ass and also a bit of an asshole, Milan don't need a new coach, they need a new management. The managers are the cancer of Milan and they must be eradicated at the root to fix the team. A bit like the FIGC, the management must be eliminated completely.

This isn't really about Milan needing the best players in specific positions, but rather the club needing the right coach to stay on for several seasons to lead the club to greater success. However, it seems Milan's management has a different decision, opting to fire the coach and find another one. Milan had previously enjoyed a winning streak, though ultimately only finishing in the top 5, but at least Allegri gave his best and should have been given a chance.
I think that in the end it was always a mistake to fire such a coach, however even if he didn't get the results they had hoped for, he could always be given a second chance and i think he may have had the chance to make up for everything that was lost this championship.

Unfortunately, coaching small teams is not the same as coaching large teams. Even Pioli, going from a small team to a big one, or rather two, was unable to do anything, in fact he did so much damage that it ruined his career. And this is not good for every one.
The difference you get to see between coaching a big team from a small team is always large and bigger and that is because they are two different atmosphere, the resources that will be made available to you on both sides are different and it is even worse when it has to be that you were coaching a big team and then had to come down to a small one, you may perform even poorly that your career could be ruined and going back up becomes almost difficult and that is why some coaches do not mind, they will stay back if no job comes after they have lost a big one. But it is always better moving from a small team to a bigger one.

I don't see that many differences other than thinking of a different scale in Pioli's case, he was really bad and he was just lucky with the small team to find good players after all, the facts prove it, Pioli sank Milan and also Fiorentina.. two teams LOL

I also share the same opinion with you. How can they expect to reach success by changing managers so often? Now Amorim has arrived. If he doesn't do well next season then what, will he be also sacked right away? Rather than a manager problem, I just believe Milan doesn't have good owners. They don't seem like they are intending to bring back the old days of this team. They are more like trying to save the day that's all...

If there is a clause in the deal or Paz then Real Madrid can decide to buy him back since they will not be spending much but the problem that will affect the deal is the player's chances of having a regular playing time with Real Madrid. If he's assured of having a good playing time then Como can't stop him from going to Real Madrid but the spaces in the Real Madrid team right now is looking like players will fight for the jersey especially those who are not big stars and Paz will fall in that category if he comes back to Real Madrid.
It is true that if Real Madrid wants to buy him, then there is nothing that Como can do, that part is true, there is a buy back clause so if they want to, they just need to send that money and the deal is done. So all Real Madrid needs to do is convince Nico Paz. But at this point Real has a a lot of midfielders, and while they are looking to offload some of them, they have not so far, and that means a lot and I feel like they are going to need to convince Paz that he will play. So Paz so far decided to stay back for one more year, and watch Real Madrid get rid of some of the midfielders before he joins.

Napoli management have to come up with a good news that will make their fans to believe that next tournament will not going to be like this season, because a lot happen that made Napoli not to beat some clubs they used to beat before in this season. This is another opportunity for the coach to show interest in some potential players some clubs are marketing, which Napoli coach can show interest to striker or midfield and it will going to boost their performance next season.
Once the summer season occur, it will make many clubs to start preparing against next season, because they will like to challenge Inter Milan not to repeat what happened this season.

After seeing the bad situation of Manchester United, I don't trust Amorim at all. Milan should have looked for a better coach, even if they had hired a young and inexperienced coach, I would have trusted him. But after seeing the bad situation he has left United in, I can't really be a fan of him or like him. He has a big inefficiency in player management and he has a habit of making excuses. Now let's see how he performs at AC Milan, even if he can do something good in Milan, maybe we can try to forget about his time at United.

You are probably right. Manchester United gave Amorim a lot of opportunities. They gave him big money. But even then Amorim completely failed to produce the results he wanted. He did not succeed in the Premier League. But the style of play in Serie A is completely different. I would not be surprised if Amorim succeeds with Milan. But it is also true that if Amorim forgets his responsibilities, and does not try his best to improve the performance of the squad, then he will fail again. If Milan sack Amorim, then no renowned team will want to hire Amorim as manager.

Amorim to Milan is getting more and more attention. Which I am %99 sure that will be a horrible idea for Milan. The dude that did terrible at United, and so badly that United got instantly better as soon as he left, is looking to be bought for the Milan team.
I do not see how that could be a smart move and I am sensing that this is going to end very badly for Milan, because if you hire someone who has been that bad on their last job, then you can't expect them to suddenly make you better. Most likely result will be that Milan would be forced to play Amorims tactics, which they will fail just like how United failed, and proven once again that what he did at Lisbon was a fluke and he will not repeat it and all will get worse.

He is good as a coach, I will not deny that. But flopping at Man U is by no means normal, it is a big red flag. No wonder he could not handle such a good squad. And now going to Milan, who have no squad depth, the management is absolutely useless. Serie A is very tactical and slow. And he sticks very stubbornly to 3-4-3 or 3-4-2-1. So Amorim's rigid and high intensity style may struggle in this slow environment as well. So I am staying away from futures bets on Milan before looking at the pre season. I could not believe that he would come and change everything so quickly.

Milan has missed UCL for two consecutive seasons and actually had a chance to qualify, but they failed in Week 37 which resulted in their failure. This is also why Allegri was rightly dismissed. Milan squad last season wasn't good enough, but they had many advantages under Allegri focusing solely on the domestic league. However, Allegri failed to deliver his best for Milan. Playing in the Europa League might be a good achievement for other teams, but a team of Milan stature a top club is a major failure. And now Milan has finally recruited coach Amorim as the new coach to replace Allegri who has been fired and with a contract valid until June 2028 with an option to extend until June 2029. I think Milan chose the right coach because Amorim philosophy of playing with three defenders, and Milan's squad is more suited to a three-man defense. So, perhaps adjustments to the formation and system won't be too difficult for the players. The league conditions also seem to still allow Amorim to succeed, unlike the English Premier League, which is a highly competitive and high pressure league.

I thought they were going for Glasner, it would have being a great choice anyway, but Amorim too is a great choice too, either ways, I think Milan is going to experience some tremendous changes if this deal pulls through, Amorim is a good coach and I don't doubt his technical abilities if he takes over at Milan, then it's sure that there would be a high level of competition in the Serie A because Milan will get back to challenging for titles and also fight for the champions league place which they lost due to poor form.

It will be unfair to conclude on him like that, Amorim may not have had the best results at Manchester United does not mean he cannot do better elsewhere, remember he was at sporting before moving to Manchester United and he did so well back then, so there is every tendencies he will be able to do as better as he did at sporting, at Manchester and, there may have been factors that affected his performance which led to the poor results he got, he may do better at Milan. I am not trying to support him but he had some good sides too that can be looked into, he managed the dressing room really well, he got potentials but maybe not with bigger leagues like Premier League where the competition is too much.

I generally like Amorim's style of play, but things didn't go as planned at Manchester United. After he left, the team improved significantly. Therefore, considering the tough competition in the Premier League, I think he can succeed at Milan. I hope he can implement his desired style of play in Italy.
I don't think he can succeed in Italy with three defenders because he needs to adapt his game to suit the Italian style. If he doesn't, we won't see a long journey for him in Italy. Amorim and his team have to succeed in Italy because this challenge will be much more important for their careers. I think he should build the squad he wants with Milan and keep striving until he achieves his goal.

Amorim might be a good manager with his scheme for AC Milan, it could make AC Milan even better next season, unlike the current season where they can't even play in the Champions League next season. To be honest, I can't be sure about Amorim until he shows results in his debut with AC Milan. Amorim's realistic target for next season is to make AC Milan a top 3 team again in the league.
