Allegri has won 5 consecutive Serie A titles with Juventus. He has won four consecutive Coppa Italia. I don't know if any other manager in serie A has such a record. So there is no way to say that giving Allegri the responsibility was a bad decision by the napoli management.
Napoli being an excellent team that won the Scudetto not long ago, it is very likely that they could still be uncertain, it's not certain, nothing is certain, but with a couple of new players the probability rises considerably, that's for sure, having a coach like Allegri can be a risk, but he knows what he is doing.

I, on the other hand, think that if Como manages to find some even stronger players to include in the team they will certainly be able to make the leap in quality with the other strongest teams in Europe, i believe that this is truly possible and i believe that the moment where they must take advantage is right now and they must do it immediately.
This is true that if como team manage to bring.g some new and strong players in the team it will be definitely very beneficial for the team to achieve their goals and to met their targets. And this is also the best time to make strong decisions and their implementation because many teams are selling their strong players and como should definitely cash this moment. Because the team has the passion and they always show their desperate behaviours to move forward and achieve their best. And yes they will definitely have some their own plannings and strategies so they can compete with the top teams and also stand on atop position. Because this is the team which pushed themselves from the very low point to this by just their dedication and spirits to do their best.

There are many players who want to play in the Champions League, and Como will give these players that opportunity. Therefore, they can acquire better players in their transfers to achieve success in both the Champions League and the Italian league. Last year, Como surprised many by qualifying for the Champions League in the final match. Hopefully, they will have another successful season next year.
as it has always done, como will give space to young players who deserve a place in the champions league, clearly giving very young players the chance to play this competition is a privilege but also a huge risk for the teams who dream of making an excellent run in this competition.

If you try to use the same tactics on Lisbon, United and Milan, eventually you will of course fail. These are not the same teams, and not the same players and they do not come from the same system neither. So you are going to be great if your tactics fit with the squad, but you will fail miserably if it fails and doesn't do that great.
Most of the time it's not really something that we should be looking at, because in the end we should not be considering how this could be very different for Milan. Could Amorim achieve something here? He might, if he insists on the same tactic that he always does, and that tactic fits wit hteh players perfectly then he will do fine, but if he fails, I bet you that he will not change the tactics and will just ask time to let players adjust.

Napoli hasn't officially appointed Allegri as their coach, but they have reached an agreement, and we're just waiting for the official announcement. From what I've read in the rumors, Napoli didn't fire Antonio Conte instead, Conte left Napoli on his own initiative. He appears to be interested in becoming the Italian national team coach, so you can't blame Napoli for hiring Allegri. Perhaps they see Allegri still has the potential to be a good coach, and Napoli wants to give him a try.
If Napoli hires Ade Allegri, they will be hiring one of the best coaches they can have, and that's synonymous with them being able to do a great job with the team. For that reason, we are people who should wait. Napoli, like many clubs in Italy, doesn't have a very high budget, but acquiring a coach of such quality is something they shouldn't miss, so they should do it as quickly as possible.

Yes, COMO has limits that cannot allow them to recruit players as freely as they want, but because they have just qualified for the Champions League, that means they get money that they can use to recruit better players compared to before. so this all comes back to COMO and Fabregas management on whether they are able to target effective players to be able to fill their squad, and seeing that they qualify for the Champions League, it means that they will have no more difficulty attracting players who want to compete at that level.
Como definitely has limits but we know that Fabregas has studied all of this very well, and hasn't done anything by chance, im sure that his work will be able to continue in the Champions League too, he can definitely win against teams that are mid-table in other leagues, they don't seem much poorer than Valencia for one thing...

I have a slightly different opinion on this matter. Because some, in fact most, managers don't change their tactics when it comes to managing the game. Many managers have certain tactics they generally use, and these don't change even after they're dismissed from their teams. I hope Amorim has understood his mistakes, as you said, but I think it's more likely he'll continue in his own style.
Not true, there are many manages that change their tactics based on who they are playing against. If you are a manager and you are playing against a much better team, defending hard and trying to counter attack is the most common tactic there is in the world, and if you are playing against a weaker team, keeping the possession and trying to find an opening is the most common way. So, not like we end up with bad results all the time, but sometimes Amorim insists too much on the same methods.

It's not easy to achieve maximum performance with minimal expense. Signing players who can benefit the team requires significant investment. Furthermore, established players will obviously aim for more sought-after teams, so it won't be easy for them to find the right people.

Como doesn't have a lot of money. They are not a rich club. They are not even regulars in Serie A. Everyone was surprised by the team's extraordinary performance last season. Como qualified for the champions league for the first time. This is a huge achievement for como, no doubt about it. But strengthening the attack is very important for them. It is not possible to buy any star players now without preparing a large fund. Everyone is waiting to see what Fabregas will do. He is a talented manager. He will take the necessary steps to strengthen the squad. And he will have to do it within the limited funds.

But Como has to buy new players because a few of them are gonna fly to other places, Nico Paz for example is gonna be in Real Madrid or other top team and not longer in Como, Baturina could be the same and other players are for sure in the same line so Como needs to keep an eye on the market and be very smart buying their replacements.

If you're to consider reputation as a yard stick for Allegri's appointment at Napoli then I believe the decision was a good one because the coach has a domestic reputation which is well proven as far as Italian football is concerned, at some point I thought he should have being appointed as manager of the Italian national team when spalletti was fired, he understands Italian football and how it's works and that's why Napoli contracted him.

For me the best coaches in history have been those capable of adapting, coaches like guardiola have had the ability to transform the team based on the opponent, Mourinho has always won thanks to his attack, while Ancelotti has won thanks to the work he does on the players he has at his disposal.

Perhaps, judging by Amorim’s performance at Man United, many people might doubt that Milan can perform well under his guidance. Amorim is indeed a stubborn coach who forces players to play according to the system he implements. He refuses to change his tactics even if the players aren’t suited to his tactical system. That’s why Man United struggled during his tenure as coach. But we don’t yet know what Milan’s prospects will be under Amorim. Besides, Serie A is quite similar to the Portuguese League, where the style of play isn’t as physical as in the English Premier League.
Such judgment to me seem flawed because there is always room for improvement and since he had gotten a break after he left Manchester united, i am supposing that he must have taken some time to examine his tactics, coaching style and other aspects of his job to see where needs improvement and work towards such. one thing i believe he will be very good at will be to get Milan in to a very solid form if given all the time that he will be needing as well as all that he may request that he will be needing to get the best results they want him to deliver. That’s exactly what we should expect: Amorim needs to reflect on his time at Man United. He must adapt his tactics at Milan in order to succeed there. And of course, Milan needs to give him enough time and fully support him so he can perform well. But anyway, let’s just wait and see if Amorim can succeed at Milan. We won’t be able to judge him until the Serie A season gets underway.

Conte either fired or left changes little, the important thing that he is no longer there, he just ruined a team.

Every change made by the team is expected to have a positive impact on the team's progress in the new season. Every club is now trying to make improvements from the weaknesses they saw last season. We don’t know what will happen next season yet. But the teams that are more prepared will perform better, especially when it comes to consistently showing up throughout the season.

If I read correctly, among other things, Antonio Conte, who resigned, also renounced the remaining salary that was missing from his salary. It's clear he realized he had done some damage and left before anyone noticed. as a result, Lukaku also started to turn a deaf ear

Como's performance last season was quite surprising for some teams with much better quality players. Despite being a newly promoted team, they achieved significantly better results last season.
