Allegri has won 5 consecutive Serie A titles with Juventus. He has won four consecutive Coppa Italia. I don't know if any other manager in serie A has such a record. So there  is no way to say that giving Allegri the responsibility  was a bad decision by the napoli management.

Napoli being an excellent team that won the Scudetto not long ago, it is very likely that they could still be uncertain, it's not certain, nothing is certain, but with a couple of new players the probability rises considerably, that's for sure, having a coach like Allegri can be a risk, but he knows what he is doing.

Como doesn't have a lot of money. They are not a rich club. They are not even regulars in Serie A. Everyone  was surprised by the  team's extraordinary performance last season. Como qualified for the champions league for the first time. This is a huge achievement for como, no doubt about it. But strengthening the attack is very important for them. It is not possible to buy any star players now  without preparing a large fund. Everyone is  waiting to see what Fabregas will do. He is a talented manager. He will  take the necessary steps to strengthen the squad. And he will have to do it within the limited  funds.

Como doesn't need to bring more players, they are a truly excellent team, as always we have to talk about team management and how this work is being carried out, in an excellent manner by Fabregas, and i think that with the same team they can also think of finding some victories in the Champions League.

If you're to consider reputation as a yard stick for Allegri's appointment at Napoli then I believe the decision was a good one because the coach has a domestic reputation which is well proven as far as Italian football is concerned, at some point I thought he should have being appointed as manager of the Italian national team when spalletti was fired, he understands Italian football and how it's works and that's why Napoli contracted him.

For me the best coaches in history have been those capable of adapting, coaches like guardiola have had the ability to transform the team based on the opponent, Mourinho has always won thanks to his attack, while Ancelotti has won thanks to the work he does on the players he has at his disposal.

And of course, Milan needs to give him enough time and fully support him so he can perform well. But anyway, let’s just wait and see if Amorim can succeed at Milan. More focused and less confusing, Allegri has excellent organizational skills, i see it as an excellent season for Napoli, this could only give added value to a Championship that has really made people laugh lately. Conte either fired or left changes little, the important thing that he is no longer there, he just ruined a team.

Every change made by the team is expected to have a positive impact on the team's progress in the new season. Every club is now trying to make improvements from the weaknesses they saw last season. We don’t know what will happen next season yet. But the teams that are more prepared will perform better, especially when it comes to consistently showing up throughout the season.

To be honest, I didn’t realise that Massimiliano Allegri wasn’t yet Napoli’s new manager, but I reckon the announcement will come very soon. Pre-season training is due to start shortly ahead of the new season, so Napoli can’t wait much longer – they need to appoint a manager for their players

Como's performance last season was quite surprising for some teams with much better quality players. Despite being a newly promoted team, they achieved significantly better results last season.
Proper and targeted budget management when recruiting players will determine their path next season. If Como doesn't recruit players according to the team's needs, it could actually lead to a loss of stability.
Como must also maintain their top performance next season so they can remain competitive, rather than losing their form and leading the team to worse results next season.
