If you are a manager and you are playing against a much better team, defending hard and trying to counter attack is the most common tactic there is in the world, and if you are playing against a weaker team, keeping the possession and trying to find an opening is the most common way.

So, not like we end up with bad results all the time, but sometimes Amorim insists too much on the same methods.

For me the best coaches in history have been those capable of adapting, coaches like guardiola have had the ability to transform the team based on the opponent, Mourinho has always won thanks to his attack, while Ancelotti has won thanks to the work he does on the players he has at his disposal.

That is because they know that when the team does not play well in any way, they improve their experience and strengthen the team's performance, so such a coach is included in the list of successful and unsuccessful people and I consider a coach to be the one who changes the team in difficult moments and tries to play well even with good performance. Now it is up to Real Madrid to play well so that the new thinking and hard work of their coach is not wasted because they have thought a lot about bringing Mourinho back for their team. That’s exactly what we should expect: Amorim needs to reflect on his time at Man United. He must adapt his tactics at Milan in order to succeed there. And of course, Milan needs to give him enough time and fully support him so he can perform well. But anyway, let’s just wait and see if Amorim can succeed at Milan. We won’t be able to judge him until the Serie A season gets underway.

At least a season will not be bad a time to give him and see the much he will be able to achieve with the team and not like Manchester united who were not patient enough to give him up to a season to see what he can achieve, although the results was depreciating buy the day which made it very much understandable but then, it would have been fair to give him some more time, we are hoping Milan will give him all the time and let us see what he can do with with it.

The recycling of the same coaches names among the top leagues is hilarious seriously. Apart from rare teams which opt for a fresh coach, the others are still rotating the same names over and over. Serie A is very known for this strategy and there are coaches who managed almost all top teams in Italy.
Allegri, Conte, Pioli, Spalletti and others are very experienced with several teams.
There was some good experiences when hiring a new fresh coach in Germany like Xabi Alonso and Kompany. Why not try that? It might works good and save costs for a season or two.

He has all the advantages to his side and as a new coach who was hired to save a struggling team, if he fails to do the job, that will not justify his hiring. They have confidence in him which was why he was hired, so he can give his best to get a good result as a return on investment for the board. Ruben Amorim is a good coach, that he was not lucky at Old Trafford does not take that away from him.

I am curious to see how long he can last at AC Milan. Will he be sacked very soon like Bayer Leverkusen or will he be given a shameful send-off like Manchester United. Especially in the last two clubs he has not had good statistics but rather he has been sacked from clubs which does not prove good coaching. I generally know him as a bad manager, but I hope he will try to do something good at AC Milan. If he fails, then of course the fans will blame the AC Milan management. Because maybe most of the Milan fans do not want to see him as a manager. This is because of his bad statistics in the past.

I don't know why some people are already judging Amorim performance at AC Milan even though the season has not yet started. I know he had a very poor season at Manchester United, but that does not automatically make him a bad coach. He achieved success in the Portuguese league before, which shows that he is a capable manager. That was one of the reasons Manchester United decided to appoint him.However, things did not work out well for him at Manchester United. It may not have been entirely his fault, as several factors could have contributed to the team's poor performances. Therefore, I believe people should wait and see how AC Milan perform once the season begins.

AC Milan appointed him as their new manager because they saw something positive in him. The club would not have hired Amorim without good reasons. So, despite his disappointing performances at Manchester United, I still have some confidence in Amorim. I believe he has the ability to improve AC Milan form and achieve better results

If anyone here does not realize, which I can see that some people do not know about this. We are talking about a club that spent a huge chunk of money to be here. Como is not a poor club, the yare a rich club, not because of fans, or merch, or sponsors or anything like that, they are owned by a rich dude. Think of sort of like PSG, but a minor level, not that much. Weirdly enough only teams that spent more than Como are Milan and Juventus for the past five years, and Milan and Juventus did even worse.

But Napoli, Inter, Roma, Atalanta, and many more teams ended up spending far less than Como. So believe me, the yare going to make huge moves, they have the money for it, and they will get some star players, and be at 100+ million spending yet again like every year.

A little bit pessimistic now my guy lol. Ruben Amorim will do well. No miracle is expected of him but nest believe, he will clear out the bad eggs in the dressing room and work with players who are ready to bleed for the AC Milan badge. I'm expectant trust me, we should most definitely see them going hard during the Europa League and Seria A.
Ajax have just appointed the manager who almost came so close to seeing Girona win the La Liga. He is quite tactical, let's see how they cope next season.

Como qualified for the champions league for the first time. This is a huge achievement for como, no doubt about it. But strengthening the attack is very important for them. He will  take the necessary steps to strengthen the squad. And he will have to do it within the limited  funds.

I don’t think we can for sure if Amorim is a good coach or not, he had a very good season at Sporting and even led them to winning the league but then had a very terrible job at Manchester United. So for me I think this Milan job will justify him for us who he really is.

For Milan, I really hope he works out for them, I really hope he brings them back to where they belong. He needs to get all available resources if he really wants to have a good time at Milan, they need to give him the players he request for.

For now we can only wait to see how Ruben Amorim is, to see if he is really good enough and can bring Milan back to their glory days.

This would be really interesting and makes me wonder what Napoli actually want. Conte was dismissed despite having a strong track record and plenty of experience in serie A. Now they seem interested in hiring Allegri, hoping he can deliver quick improvements within a single season. I even believe that if Allegri really becomes Napoli's coach, he should also be prepared for the possibility of being sacked.

This is true that Napoli team has just separated their ways with the coach Antonio conte after this recent season and this is also now officially confirmed that Massimiliano Allegri will take the charge of the team Napoli now. And i think the main purpose to appoint Allegri as their new coach is to keep stable their position in the champions league and to make them able as the real and strong contender for the serie A. Because Allegri is a great and experienced oach and he has already coached teams and managed good results for them. But I think  the team should also have to show some efforts and they have to be very aggressive to get the best results otherwise it will be true as it already said by someone that Allegri will also face a sacking. His rigid system worked well in Portugal. But he does not fit in with United squad mismatches and the physical gameplan of Premier League. Again, slow tempo and tactical discipline of Serie A might actually suit him better. I hope Milan board give him full control of recruitment. If they keep interfering then it will be difficult for Amorim to progress. It will be crucial to give him at least a full season without panicking and sacking him mid-season.

They keep bringing back the same old experienced coaches in Serie A to bring stability to the team. Yeah they always recycle Allegri, Conte etc. Even if they bring stability you will not see much innovation from them in the longterm. If I talk about other league new blood like Alonso, company often bring new pressing styles and better player development

The problem is that teams that hire such safe old names usually play strong at the beginning but then falter. Lets see how quickly Amorim can integrate young players with seniors

How could a team that is top 3 or so in net spending for the past 5 years, not even being here for the past 5 years as well, could be looked at like they are just a normal company? Are you insane? You are right, and because the owner is rich, currently Como is one of the clubs in Serie A that is not short of money, to be clearer we can see Como when it was just bought by that person, he poured a lot of funds for Como when it was still struggling in the lower division of Serie A, and when promotion to Serie A Como management also spent a lot of money to recruit players. One of the reasons why we've seen Como succeed is because of their manager, Cesc Fabregas. He is responsible for the position Como have found themselves today and there's every means that Como will continue to do well in the Seria A and also the UEFEA Champions League next season. It's going to be really entertaining and filled with excitement with Como and their fans because is more like a dream come true for every Como supporters.

You're right about one thing, big elite clubs will keen on brining in Como key players like Nico Paz who have had individual brilliance for the club this season, he's on the radar by most of these European team's scouts but I don't think Como are ready to let to him go, rather they will be only concerned with Nico Paz if Real Madrid enters the race and that's exactly what they want. Trust Florentino Perez who have already made this move and will sign Nico win the future but for now, he will be representing Como at high stages in football.
