Como might potentially become a next Atalanta in Serie A as they have very good development plans recent years while in finance, they are better than Atalanta. The challenge in coming seasons for Como is how to convince Cesc Fàbregas staying with their club as the success of Atalanta in the last ten years was from Gasperini as their head coach. Players came and went in Atalanta but with Gasperini as their head coach in 9 years from 14 June 2016 to 1 June 2025, the club maintained good stability at the coach position, then tactics and their performance quality and results.

Almost instantly after Gasperini departure last summer to join AS Roma, in the last season Atalanta performances declined a lot in quality and they fell out of top four of Serie A.

However, judging by their performance last season they certainly won't experience such a situation because they've been very consistent in navigating the upcoming season. As they prepare for next season I think they'll also use this time to assess their weaknesses prioritizing them. This is to ensure that next season, with the numerous competitions they'll be competing in won't be a laughing matter if they achieve good results in domestic competitions or other competitions. One thing they must really focus on is preparing for the UCL next season.

You're right, as you said every team must have good quality. This is due to the team's financial resources. If a team is financially weak no matter how they play they won't achieve the results they desire. Players sometimes need a little more quality like the players they currently have. However with limited finances the team's chances of success are slim. I think Como will be ready for next season and ready to give their best to their supporters.

Ruben Amorim is a good coach, that he was not lucky at Old Trafford does not take that away from him.

Of course, that's true. In my opinion Amorim is a good coach but when he was in charge of Manchester United the team's performance was struggling to improve. Therefore it's understandable for Amorim to accept the dismissal from Manchester United.

AC Milan seems to have high hopes for Ruben Amorim’s arrival as head coach. And Amorim is a coach with a track record of achievements even though he doesn’t yet have extensive experience coaching various major teams. But I personally think that Ruben Amorim could work some magic drawing on his past experiences to deliver outstanding performances. Perhaps he’ll find the right chemistry with the AC Milan squad to implement his effective strategies and turn the team into a force to be reckoned with. On the other hand AC Milan is reportedly undergoing a major overhaul to build a foundation capable of consistently winning at the top of Serie A (Source). And I’m confident that Amorim is a key part of their plan to bring AC Milan back to prominence.

I hope he helps Fiorentina a lot and that next season Fiorentina won't be fighting to avoid relegation, but rather to secure a place in European competitions. Rumors are circulating that Inter Milan is preparing to overhaul their squad, and we'll likely see it soon, and they've certainly already decided who they'll be recruiting. One of their top targets is young player Nico Paz, who currently plays for Como. They've set aside around €60 million to buy this player. We'll see if Como is willing to sell him, as Como are trying to avoid being underdogs, having shown their desire to compete in the top five of the Italian League in the past two seasons. As for the player himself, I think it would be difficult for him to turn down an offer from a club bigger than his current one.
