Apart from spending big, there are other factors that can as well attract players to Como. Cesc Fabregas has proven to be very good at developing young talents, that's a very good attraction to young promising talents.
If Como can achieve what we saw from them last season by finishing in the top four of the Italian Serie A and qualifying to play in next season's UEFA Champions League competition after just two years of getting promoted to the Italian top-flight, don't you think they'll even achieve more with more quality players?

I agree about how capable Fabregas is with young players. He has turned Nico Paz into a young star in a short time for example!

As for their success by finishing in top 4 things went their way at the same time. I'm not saying luck of course. I mean while Como were winning in the last rounds of the season the other teams they were competing were also having hard days.

So for now it's hard to be confident about anything. But I have big hopes on Como's future certainly!

It's very easy to for Inter Milan to combine both the chase for the Serie A title and the UCL so I don't see any reason for the Italian side should focus only on the Serie A, they are the only Italian side that has what it takes to win the UCL right now as far as Italian clubs are involved, they have the financial strength, they have a good squad, the only thing that this team lacks now is a good coach that could push this team to achieving this feat.

Inter Milan is every season contender for the scudetto and Coppa Italia. For UEFA Champions League, they can progress to advanced stages in that competition but to be able to win it, they have to obtain a good coach but also other players to multiple their options in case of injuries or a hard game against top opponents like Real Madrid or Barcelona.
Napoli, AC Milan and Roma are way behind them for UEFA Champions League.

The reason why it seems so is because maybe they haven't made it a project or a priority else they would have done it, they came very close to winning in a couple of seasons ago after eliminating FC Barcelona in the semis against all odds but unfortunately lost to PSG in the finals.
There are still chances that the Italians side could still achieve this feat but for that to happen, they have to put in a lot work because you can't win the UCL by just wishing but by hard work and a bit of luck.

That is just the truth. People are already expecting a lot from Real Madrid, which we all know. Their problem is not from a good coach, but from the players; they are the ones trying to prove themselves, when currently, what Real Madrid wants is for them to work together to achieve a better performance for the team. I don’t have much hope for Real Madrid, but still, I believe Mourinho will do the best he can, and things might work for the betterment of the team.

A lot will be expected from Real Madrid, they have a good coach now, before now, it was looking like that was their major issue so now that they have got one, people want to see if they will do any better having such. The thing they may be missing is that the coach alone is not all the team will be needing to do better,  but he will play a vital role actually. It is really okay to not have much expectations of Mourinho but he will likely want to prove himself.

Expectations weren't "high" for Amorim at United, just not be 15th is good enough expectation. That dude finished 15th last year, and Carrick finished third this year. Amorim was losing to fourth division teams at FA cup, but Carrick was beating Arsenal and City back to back.

I am sorry but Amorim just straight up sucked at United. Doesn't make him a bad manager, maybe he will do better now, maybe with Milan they will be champions, who knows. They improved from last season to this season, maybe they will improve from this season to next.

amorim is definitely a coach with talent, but you also have to try to inculcate your playing style so that everyone is happy and able to do much more, however being charismatic is very important to transfer the information to the players who will then follow you on everything, also improving the playing style.

It know to everyone that Mourinho good and experience coach, and every club it sign for, it always make use it prove himself as very good coach by winning them trophies. Infact, next season I am even expecting Mourinho to win trophies from Real Madrid and even do well more champions League, but the problem about Mourinho is that he hardly end well in every club it manger, and I will not be surprised if they sacked Mourinho, even that this Real Madrid. But I believe him that he will do everything possible to win they trophies in his first few seasons, but just which he will not have any problems in Real Madrid for long term.

Amorim and Manchester United didn't work out really... He was like the worst manager for them in the recent years statistically. But at Milan maybe things would be more different.

But like I said before, I just hope Milan board acts according to his demands. He would like to shape the team according to his system. Milan shouldn't refrain from spending money and it seems like they have money as well considering how much they have spent for Ramos. 

Manchester United have always turned good managers into bad managers in the past few years. Could is it be as a result of the job being too difficult? But then, give him credit for the players he convinced into the club.

He will arrive with his family at Milan tomorrow to be officially announced. Winning it all had already been his goal already and he has talked to Luka Modric so he could remain fir yet another season with Milan. I will be glad if they can win the league and Europa League Competition.

His departure to Man Utd was a nightmare for Amorim and the assumption that he is the worst coach is quite right, but it is likely that he will not bring the same results in Serie A for Milan, because of course the competition is clearly different, Serie A is a little slower, which allows Amorim to give his best, at least bring Milan back to compete for a UCL place, but of course management support is needed, because the current milan squad is not that strong.

Because he did not do well at Manchester United does not mean he is not a good coach, I know everyone has got their measure of which they see these coaches,  anyways if performance at Milan is a yardstick to tell if Amorim is a good enough coach,  then let us wait to see his performance in the new season and see if that will help enough.

There aren't as many successful and high-quality young players in the Italian league as there used to be. Nico Paz is a player who could turn that around. He's very talented and plays really well. He had a fantastic season with Como and they'll be going to the Champions League next year. I think he wants to do well in the Champions League as well, in line with the team's goals. Playing his best here must be more appealing to him than being a reserve and fighting for a starting place at Real Madrid.

Regarding Nico, all I can say is that I wish him much success, because this new adventure will be something new in his career. He's saying NO to Real Madrid, and we all know what that means and has meant for many players who later share their experiences of how their lives changed, and not necessarily for the better, but for something not so good. I hope Nico makes a difference and does wonderfully.

Maybe it will be like Lisbon and Milan will be a top three that is playing close to winners, like maybe even have a shot at winning the whole thing. Or maybe he will be like United where Milan will be like 10th suddenly again, and they will suck.

We have no clue which one it will be because we have seen Amorim only on two teams so far, whatever he had before is unimportant. Which is why we need time. Look at Erik Ten Hag, he was great at Netherlands, went to United, sucked big time, and then he went to Leverkusen and he was fired after just three games, maybe Amorim will be like that too, maybe not.

They sacked even Allegri in only a year. The person who has many trophies achieved in the Serie A one of which is with Milan as well... Considering that, I really can't trust Milan board about giving Amorim enough time. 

But if they are spending such a big amount for a player for the first time then there might be a chance for that. Because probably Amorim will need more than a year to make things right.
