A very tough game is waiting for especially Dortmund in the game against Bayern Munich in two days. Finally the der Klassiker is here and Bayern Munich are being favoured quite highly for this game. The reason why is of course that Dortmund couldn't defeat Bayern Munich in their last 5 head-to-head games in the Bundesliga. Their last win was on November 10, 2018 by 3-2. I have no doubt that both teams will score a goal or goals. But it is very difficult to be able to predict the probable winner this time as both teams are superb now. But if I placed a bet on a team to win, I would still prefer Bayern Munich.

I really do not think so, in the Bundesliga, Bayern have established a sort of untouchable dominance and other teams find it difficult to compete with them, I know Dortmund aren't doing too badly themselves of late, but coming up against the Kings of Germany, Bayern Munich, It's clear that Dortmund have little or no chances of winning, if Dortmund wins or gets a draw, then an upset took place, cause ordinarily, Bayern Munich should take all three points.

Leipzig is dealing with some Corona cases. Head coach Jesse March is affected. Some players have also tested positive and co-coach Achim Beierlorzer is in quarantine. As things stand, however, the match against Union Berlin will take place.

It is really impressive to see Dortmund being as much powerful as Bayern Munich in this season. Because of this high motivation, I expect them to fight really great against Bayern. Haaland is able to play but Dortmund still have many players absent. We will see if this will effect their performance badly. But I'm thinking about placing a bet on the both teams to score option.

I believe the oncoming Dortmund - Bayern Munich game is going to be superb. We see in the league standings that Bayern Munich have 31 points and Dortmund have 30. I'm really content about seeing Dortmund having a great season so far. They seem to be quite determined for the Bundesliga title this time. They are making a huge effort in their league games even though they have many players missing. Haaland is back though and he is back with a goal also. And he can be helpful for his team a lot in this game to be able to compete very well with Bayern Munich. Each team should be able to score easily and a draw wouldn't surprise me at the end of the game.

In my opinion, bookmakers overestimate Bayern too much, this season we have already seen how it can unexpectedly lose (including to Borussia), so I would estimate Borussia's odds much higher than bookmakers say.

I wonder if the missing players will affect Dortmund deeply in their coming match against Bayern Munich two days later. Players like Bellingham, Burki, Hazard and Reyna seem to be the most important absent players. But Haaland has bounced back and this should be enough for making them happy and think more positive about the match. But I don't think they can beat Bayern Munich. I think that Bayern Munich is going to win this match and that should really happen in general. But I have to say if Dortmund can play their best and maybe play defense for the half time and when in the 2nd half Haaland comes to the field they might go into some attacks. But it will be really hard especially because Bayern Munich would not want to lose this match as that will put them in second place.

I agree that this match is extremely interesting because of the current standings in the table as Dortmund is only 1 point behind Bayern at the moment and could take the lead if they manage to beat Bayern. I disagree though, that Dortmund is having a great season so far. Yes they managed to collect quite a lot of points in the Bundesliga so far but you also have to see that they had a lot of luck in quite a few games while Bayern lost points in games (against Frankfurt and Augsburg) where they were completely dominant. So the 1 point gap does not really reflect the performance of the teams so far in this season in my opinion.

Point difference is not big but in a long run, Bayern often have better sustainability. It is because they have more experience at the top and win trophy in Bundesliga many times. It is also because they have more quality and good alternative players on bench. So in long run, they have more advantage than Dortmund.

I disagree though, that Dortmund is having a great season so far. Yes they managed to collect quite a lot of points in the Bundesliga so far but you also have to see that they had a lot of luck in quite a few games while Bayern lost points in games (against Frankfurt and Augsburg) where they were completely dominant. They have a good season and better than what I thought they can manage to do. Especially when they lost Sancho in the last summer and lost Haaland by injury. By many things, they have less point difference compares to Bayern than last few seasons. I remember Dortmund rarely have only 1 point less than Bayern in a past few seasons. They usually fell behind Bayern with 5, 7 or 10 points.

It's not bad, but if all the spectators who come to the stadium have received the vaccine, then what's wrong with them entering even though the number is more than 15,000 or 50% more than the capacity of the stadium. But maybe this is the local government's decision to prevent the spread from continuing to spread, so it's good for the fans to also comply.

I am not saying he will do that again, all I am saying is that with the fire they lit under Lewa, Bayern will win the league and even maybe UCL if they do not get unlucky, because dude could be mad as hell. He deserved it last year as well, and now he deserved it this year, sure Messi is a great player but he already got 6, could have been better to give it to Lewa just for making it more interesting if you ask me. In any case I believe that Lewa will play to win and will be amazing this game.

Considering these odds, the probability of winning for any side is higher than a draw. But just as you indicated, I also wouldn't be surprised to see a draw including goals. Both teams are very capable of scoring when we think of their attacking lines. And in their previous games, we saw how easy both teams were scoring. But the odd of the 'both teams to score' option would be quite low I guess.

Undoubtedly, Lewandowski was no less deserving of receiving the Golden Ball than Messi, if not more.
