A few days ago I watched the friendly match between Dortmund vs BGPU, a club from Thailand, they were completely massacred by a not very well-known club. I couldn't help but wonder what was wrong with Dortmund? This is truly embarrassing. 4:0 is not a small number. Dortmund should be able to use this match to train their players and try to maintain their defense so that they don't concede easily, but the fact is that in the first half alone, Dortmund conceded 2 goals.

And today Dortmund will play another friendly match against Cerezo Osaka. I don't have full hopes for this match. It seems that Dortmund are not too serious even though this is pre-season at least to train their mentality, regarding the betting odds are below.

It was embarrassing for Dortmund to concede four goals against a smaller club, this is the first time I've seen a club with that name. I was shocked that Dortmund failed to score a single goal against BG Pathum United, and some of their key players were available. I believe their performance has weakened since their Champions League final defeat, and they have yet to return to their best form. Although some people believe that it is just a pre-season game, it does not mean that they would become weak in the league games, that was poor. 4:0 is a huge number of goals for a big club like Dortmund.

However, I believe the pre-season games are important for winning because they seem to determine the way they will perform in league games. Today, Dortmund will face another unknown team, Cerezo Osaka, if Dortmund loses today, I think the new manager must deal with the issue before the start of the Bundesliga games because if they continue in this way, they will be eliminated even in the Champions League competition.

Dortmund entered a new era with Nuri Sahin but somehow no one doubts him at the moment like we doubt Kompany at Bayern Munich, Sahin is not an experienced coach like Kompany and even he has only been the coach of Antalyaspor in the Turkish league, Nuri Sahin who was once a Dortmund player should understand how Dortmund's character plays well even though maybe he will try something different later,  So far Dortmund has brought in two players from Stuttgart, namely Guirassy and Waldemar Anton, both players are very good players and were able to contribute a lot to the Stuttgart game last season but I think those two players are still not enough to make Dortmund compete with Munich next season considering the depth of the Munich squad which has increased dramatically at the moment,  two defeats in friendly matches may can not a benchmark for the Dortmund squad next season, but at least we can still assess if the strategy currently applied by Nuri Sahin is not effective for Dortmund and he must immediately improve it before next season matches start.

Dortmund has played two friendly matches, one draw and a heavy defeat against Pathum Utd. Talking about Dortmund's performance, we can't measure it just by the two friendly matches they played. Moreover, Nuri Sahin did not field Dortmund's starting eleven. It's true that Dortmund didn't show a good performance, but this match didn't determine anything other than just getting the players physically fit and at the same time the coach experimenting with his system. We will see every team play their matches seriously when the Bundesliga starts, as well as Dortmund or Munich and even Leverkusen.

Talking about Nuri Sahin, I have discussed it in the previous post. In fact, we also do not rule out the possibility as we discussed about Vincent Kompany. these two coaches are new managers, neither of them has much experience. BG Pathum football team played very well and performed unexpected performance in last match. We saw one sided match in which BG Pathum team was dominant and Dortmund
team did not play well in this match and lose the match by high margin. Wonggorn was top performer in this match and he did two important goals in this match and due to which Dortmund team looked in high pressure and we saw team in full confidence. Lorenzen did first goal of this match and he did  14 minutes of the match and after that  Dangda did second goal of this match and he did second goal in the 44 minutes of the match and after that they defended the football very well and they won easily.

Finally Dortmund managed to win this match with a score of 2:3 this time Dortmund did well and did not disappoint their fans as a top club at least Dortmund must continue to show their best even though this is only a pre-season match. Dortmund scored 3 goals early in the first half and it was a good start, Karim Adeyemi scored 2 goals in this match in the 26th and 30th minute while Jamie Bynoe scored in the 29th minute what an extraordinary 5 minutes

Dortmund previous two friendly matches showed how bad they were, first Dortmund had to be willing to be held back with 1 - 1 draw against Erzgebirge Aue and in this match Dortmund played very irregularly and well structured.
Secondly, as you have explained, Dortmund had to endure the shame of being completely slaughtered by team that was not very popular like BGPU with surprising results, these two matches are still bad start for Dortmund in the future.
Today they also just finished friendly match against Cerezo Osaka, in the first half Dortmund appeared very impressive by winning 3 goals without reply, but in the second half Cerezo Osaka managed to score 2 goals, if there were mistakes it might end in draw.
I had Dortmund as favorites and still got decent enough odds although there were concerns when the result of the match had changed to 2 - 3.
