Bayern Munich is without doubt a threat to any opponent in term of ball possession but very lack in defense.
Their major problem in this game is porous defense and missing chances. If those chances were converted into goals, they were supposed to be up by five or more goals but so many precious chances created were wasted. It would have been better if they had kept De light instead of Kim and Upamecano because he makes too many mistakes and loses ball easily.

Bayern Munich has for sure the best and most ball possessions nearly in every game but there defense is making crazy fails.
From what i have seen in the review of the game against Wolfsburg , Bayern Munich was very lucky for not getting 2 more goals.
Kim and Upamecano are good defenders but i also would prefer De light , a shame that they let him go.

Bayern Munich started the season quite well after they managed to beat Wolfsburg this week, but it can be seen that Bayern Munich game is not optimal at the moment and in fact I think Bayern Munich is really having difficulty winning that the match, but even so of course we can't say if they  deserve to be favorites as championship, if you look at the dominance that Bayern Munich has in that match i think it is no different from the matches they played previously even when the kompany hasn't coaching, so I think possession of the ball is not something surprising for us to see so far, but when In fact defense is a visible weakness in Munich at the moment, but  the question now is, if Munich has a weakness in defense, then who knows what the reason is for them to sell De Light and Mazraoui now to Manchester United?

Exactly, Bayern Munich has a big challenge this season that cannot be underestimated. Leverkusen and Dortmund, at least those two clubs will be their tough competitors.

Especially if we look at the last match Bayern Munich vs Wolfsburg, even though they won, their game was not effective and accurate enough.

Trying t think Leverkusen and Dortmund will perform any lesser than they had done in months most recent times would be a very dangerous underestimation which may be a huge problem to Bayern Munich and I believe Bayern Munich are never going to do such because they know for sure that these guys have go their eyes on the trophy and aren't going to stop trying for any reason until they are able to get to win the trophy. Bayern Munich has got a whole lot to tackle at this point especially trying to get their stance with their new coach who's still figuring it out around the bundesliga. Against Wolfsburg they did tried but that performance isn't the type they will go against bigger teams with, even with them having the most possession, they still were able to show the perfect dominance by the score line.

Bayern Munich actually only needs to find the key that has been lost or in other words the new coach must find a way to restore Bayern Munich's consistency.
With high consistency, Bayern Munich will certainly regain the dominance that was lost last season, although it is currently more difficult because Leverkusen is on the list of clubs challenging Bayern Munich, but if Vincent Kompany succeeds in finding the right strategy, I am sure Bayern Munich will succeed in getting the title this season.
Vincent Kompany only has to continue to pay attention to every problem that occurs, including the weakness of the midfielders and the defense that must always be changed so that consistency is maintained.

I look forward to a time like this where the Bundesliga would not be a sole dominated league as it has been for many years with Bayern Munich going unchallenged. It’s always difficult to even gamble on them even as the odds are always very low, 1.2 odds and below for Bayern Munich win and at times, you find them loosing when least expected.

Bayer Leverkusen did the unexpected last season and such performance is anticipated this season with Dortmund on the side to challenge Bayern even further. RB Leipzig is one team that would have been added to the least of contenders but, even them are not so consistent.

I do like the fact that Bayern Munich is finally getting some teams trying to take over, Dortmund almost won the league one year ago, if they ended up with a win on their very last game, they would have been the champions but lost on the very last game. Last year Bayer Leverkusen ended up being the one to stop it, and this year there are two teams that looks great and honestly I see Leipzig as not that bad neither.

Bayern Munich isn't bad neither, not like they got worse for other teams to win it, they are still good but because other teams are good too we ended up seeing great games, it's a great feeling. I am expecting this league to be a lot more fun this season, and will continue to battle until the last weeks and have entertaining results.

I'd say Kompany should give his full attention to the Bundesliga this season. Not competing for the Champions League title. There is no doubt that Munich's squad is very strong. But Munich is not in a good position right now. The performance of the players is very erratic. Also the bonding between the players is still weak. If Munich are to win both the Bundesliga and Champions League titles, it will become more and more difficult for Munich to continue their consistent good performances.

Yes, that's right, if for example Dortmund at that time managed to win in its last match, then the Bundesliga has a new trophy winner in the last two seasons for Dortmund and then Bayer Leverkusen. But unfortunately, at that time Dortmund failed and only Bayer Leverkusen managed to get the Bundesliga trophy but with that too, it seems like this season there might be another team that has a chance to get the trophy and I hope this season Dortmund succeeds in getting the Bundesliga trophy.

De Light and Mazraoui were not even playing under Tuchel lead Bayern Munich last season. There is no complete team as far as Europe is concerned. Either your are defficient in defense, midfield or attack. The most important thing is that Bayern Munich found a way to win their match and they got the maximum points. The season is just starting and so far Bayern Munich has not disappointed. So it is wise to give Kompay the credit for the job he has done so far while we are still expecting him to do more, since there is always room for improvement. It is always easy for us to see where someone is not doing well, but very difficult for us to recognize and appreciate the ones the person has done well. It is the first time that Kompay is managing a big club in his coaching career, so he can't get everything perfectly within the little time he has spent at Bayern.

A good start by Nuri Şahin! He is one of the youngest managers you know and I'm really curious about what he will do at Dortmund in his first year. It was a good start to the season by a dominant game against Frankfurt.  

Bynoe-Gittens stepped forward in this game by 2 goals. He is a 20-year-old winger and he must be glad to find this chance. I mean he was a part of so many games in the Bundesliga last season too. But maybe under Nuri Şahin's management, he might capture a place in the starting eleven. Malen and Sabitzer are challenging players on the wings so he will need to work hard. Anyways, I hope Dortmund stay in the title race until the final weeks too.

Its not only a problem with the defense the last game , its now already a problem for over an year that the defense is not really constant.
About the selling from De Light and Mazraoui its just simple to understand as they needed some Money for other transfers they wanted.
When I compare what mistakes Kim and Upamecano make or have done now and then, Matthijs de Ligt was always consistent on that.

Just to clear some confusion:
Leverkusen did beat the (European) record of a number of games without loss across all competitions, with a run of 51, which ended on the EL final loss to Atalanta.
But it's Bayern that still holds a record of games without loss for Bundesliga games only, which is a run of 53. Leverkusen are still going with their previous season's undefeated Bundesliga games though, which I believe is now 35, so there is still a pretty long way to go to beat Bayern's record.

And who do you think holds the current record (all competitions included)? No need to mention Celtic (and Union, I think) as they set their record streaks without playing in European competitions. The previous record was held by Benfica (which were playing in European competitions when they set their streak) and Bayer have surpassed it.

It must be admitted that Vincent Kompany's performance as a coach this season looks good, Bayern Munich played without giving up, this is proven by Bayern Munich being able to rise from behind, and successfully make a comeback. This is very different from last season where they often failed to do so. Winning the first match is very important for Bayern Munich to be more confident in competing with Dortmund, especially Leverkusen whose performance is still the same as last season. The Bundesliga League this season is very interesting, because no team dominates, the competition between Bayern Munich, Leverkusen, and Dortmund will be very tight and we should see who will be the winner and lift the trophy at the end of the season.

Overall, Vincent Kompany's squad is very good, especially the front line, only the back line needs to be fixed so that it is not easy to concede goals. Because in my opinion Bayern Munich will win by outperforming every opponent but if you look at their defense, it is not good at all. So Vincent Kompany must immediately bring in a quality center back in the remaining transfer market later. Bayern Munich strength under the new coach cannot be measured with certainty so we still need strong evidence of Kompany quality in leading a club as big as Bayern Munich. In Bundesliga Leverkusen is my favorite team, after seeing their consistency last season and this season there is not much decline in performance. However the competitors who deserve to block Leverkusen are still held by Bayern Munich and even Dortmund deserve to be wary.
