they managed to get three points in this match with a very narrow score of 1-0, 0their performance was not too good in this match but with 1 goal it was enough to get a full victory here, the result is they maintained 6th position for this week, I think to return to the era of Xabi is very difficult for Leverkusen, not because of anything else but it can also be seen from the ingenuity of the coach, if the current coach is able to bring the same thing maybe we can see it again.

still, as i said, bayern munich has no real competition in the league this season. there's no team of comparable quality to challenge them. so as long as their championship is guaranteed, such losses are normal.

This is one of those days where we just say it is actually a very awkward day for a big club because there was no reason to actually think that Bayern Munich will be losing this game, personally I was actually expecting an easy win for Bayern Munich. This is an Augsburg side that has actually lost 10 games out of the previous 18 matches because so no one was expecting them to actually win against a Bayern Munich side that has actually not lost any game in the league this season and has drawn only just twice.

This lose might not greatly affect Bayern Munich stands at the top of the league but the lose has actually left them without the option of winning the league as an undefeated champions. You are right, I checked their league table before coming here again and I found out that this this their first loss this season in the Bundesliga, Bayern munich didn't lose against Bayern leverkusen, they didn't lose against Borussia dortmund neither was it against Leipzig or Hoffenheim at least these are the top teams in the league considering their position. But they lost against Augsburg, big one for them at least they achieved all three points from the champions and potential champion this season.

Congratulations to Augsburg for being the first team to defeat Bayern Munich in the league this season. Indeed it was an unexpected defeat to Bayern Munich because they played at home they won in the first half everyone was expecting them to score more goals in the second half but instead scoring goals they conceded two late goals in the 75th minute and 81st minute. This is another good thing as it's going to make them to always expect the unexpected they were hoping to finish this season with the unbeaten record but now that the record has been broken they just need to focus on winning the rest of their games.

Many people havw reasons to believe that Bayern Munich lost today on purpose, well, that makes sense because they have nothing to lose at this point.Not winning a few matches in the season isn't really going to cause much problems for them because they are already at the top of the table and no team can easily overtake them at this point, they have enough difference in points from the other teams.

I definitely belive this will surly comes one day, because Bayern Munich have been wining there matches back to back in the Bundesliga competition, and they are topping the league competition already so even they continue losing back to back they will still top the league because 9ther clubs have make mistakes already so I don't think any team in the competition currently can competive with bayern Munich this season in the league. They are more focusing in the Champions League this season so they will get the opportunity to win the trophy. Let just see how the competition will goes,  because Kompany is really doing very well in the competition this season and he will surly try and achieve trophies before the season finishes.

We all knew that day would come, but I'm still shocked that Bayern's first league loss was at the hands of Augsburg in a home game.
It started off well for Bayern, but the end of the second half belonged to Augsburg. Olise was close to scoring last seconds equaliser but the ball struck the junction of the post and crossbar.

Meanwhile, Dortmund are leading 2-0 against Union Berlin with around 30 minutes left to go. If they secure the win, they will be "only" 8 points behind Bayern, and if Bayern keeps losing points, we could still see some excitement in the fight for the 1st place.
