Logically, that's not going to happen. Heidenheim has conceded 42 goals in 19 matches and only managed 17 total. On the other hand, Dortmund is playing at home. So what can Heidenheim expect?

Football is always full of surprises, but I’m quite confident Dortmund won’t lose to a team that’s currently below in the table. From the last 5 matches, Dortmund haven’t suffered any bad defeats, mostly just draws. So yeah, a surprise could still happen, but I see it more as a draw rather than a loss.

Well, knowing Dortmund I wouldn't be surprised if they find a way to disappoint against yet another mediocre team and not close the gap to Bayern. They have a history of doing that. Every time an opportunity presents itself they somehow can't take advantage of that, even against weak teams they should beat fairly easy.
I mean there is also the chance of them winning 4:0 of course, but that would really surprise me!

If they win against Heidenheim, they will reduce the point difference with Bayern Munich to 6 points. This is a golden opportunity for Dortmund because they also have a derby match against each other, if I remember correctly. If they can beat Bayern Munich in that match, which will be played at the end of February, they can reduce the point difference to 3 points. Therefore, Borussia Dortmund must win every match in the Bundesliga until that game.

A team like Hamburger scored 2 goals against Bayern Munich. I would say this is a shame for bayern munich. Bayern munich is the strongest team in the bundesliga. They are in the safe zone. Bayern munich will win the title. Even then , they should perform better against weaker  teams. It would be a pity if the giant munich loses points against a team like hamburger. At the same time, many  gamblers like me have lost their money.

Even after this defeat , munich is 9 points ahead of dortmund. Even if Dortmund wins their next match, the gap will be 6 points. This is still a big gap. It will not be possible for dortmund to reduce this gap. Besides , dortmund's performance is also not consistent.

Bayern Munich scored early in the second half through Luis Diaz, but HSV managed to equalize. Bayern Munich surprises me more and more each day. Their performance against HSV, especially after the Augsburg defeat, is quite surprising. If HSV scores another goal, they might inflict a second defeat on Bayern Munich.

Bayern Munich's draw at Hamburger SV has given Dortmund a chance to close the gap on Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga this season if they can win at home against Heidenheim. I was also quite surprised by this draw because Bayern Munich faced an opponent who was already less strong this season, but they managed to pull off such a surprise in their own home game against a stronger opponent. However, in terms of their current standings, Munich is clearly still safe compared to their other rivals.

Bayern Munich drew again against Hamburger SV. Despite their dominant performance, Bayern Munich still failed to secure all three points. Although they still have a nine-point lead over Dortmund, this isn't entirely comfortable. If Bayern continue to draw, it will be quite advantageous for Dortmund whose performance is improving. Many people may believe Bayern Munich will ultimately be a title contender, but inconsistent performances and draws in the next few matches will be quite problematic. Dortmund could close in on Bayern Munich's points tally making the title race even more competitive in the remaining matches of the season.

Bayern Munich has lost four points in two matches a team that started  right from the beginning of the league with a very strong squad which has helped them to be better than in performance compared to the rest of the team but if they want to lose all they have laboured when the league is ending may be it's a good time for other opponents to risse and contend with them for the title. The problem is that no real title contenders aside Bayern munich in this german bundesliga because with the performance of Bayern Munich lately, they would have been in a hot seat by now because at least a team would have been breathing down their neck, but right now, no pressure or what so ever because the gap is wide apart between Bayern Munich and the rest of other bundesliga teams.
And I don't think that it's proper to push all the blame on their defense because defensive work starts front the attack, so if they fail to press and mark the ball up top, the defense will face more pressure, and if they are not strong enough, they can be easily breach, so Vincent company really needs to fix that before the uefa champions league comes back, since it's the only competition they can't afford to be this lose at the back.

I thought they would easily beat Hamburg yesterday, but they avoided defeat.
They fell behind, then took the lead, but the match ended 2-2.

I think it is nothing rather than they are very comfortable with their current position and it is as a result they are just playing what they lack even drawing in a match against club like Hamburg. I cannot remember vividly the last time Hamburg won Bayern or even had a draw, their last 5 games were all won by Bayern with the last match having the margin of 5 goals difference and another with 6 goals and another with 8 goals to none. It has always been like so, fire to fire. But recently, because of their over reluctance and relaxation, they allowed a draw game between them and Hamburg aside from conceding to Augsburg last match, they are still maintaining the first position with a landslide margin between them and the Dortmund guys.

At the beginning of the season they were simply winning too many matches, sometimes they didn't fully deserve to win some of them but thanks to their star players they managed to get the three points anyway. But that rhythm was not sustainable, especially when the Champions League began and they had to play more often, and against better teams compared to those competing in the Bundesliga. But anyway at the end they are going to win anyway, the rest of the teams can't compete with them.

Yes German Bundesliga is also clear show of lack of rivals in which Bayern Munich is on top of table with huge 9 point lead despite fact that its matches are not fully good. Their back line issues are not fully blame of defenders as you are right to show and is issue of whole team because of risky system. Back is very open to long ball and high speed attacks in cases where star scorers such as Harry Kane and Jamal Musiala fail to move forward. Manager Vincent Kompany wants attacking style but in case there is not tight guarding in midfield other teams are just breaking through. This huge lead will protect them in Germany, but in UEFA champions league they will be shown in 2 weeks and larger clubs, like Real Madrid or Manchester city will show this loose back line with ease. To play well, Kompany will need to change balance between attacking and guarding or Bayern can lose shamefully to European contest.

This defeat didn't jeopardize their position but it did prevent them from winning the Bundesliga trophy undefeated. This dream was ultimately dashed after their defeat against Augsburg. Bayern Munich were undefeated but they lost to a weaker team at the bottom of the table. This was certainly painful perhaps understandable if Bayern had lost to Leverkusen or Dortmund.

Furthermore, Bayern Munich's defeat to Augsburg was difficult for some to accept because many of their key players were playing in that match, including Kane, Olise, Diaz and Musiala. Kimmich also came on in the second half. In other words Kompany wasn't rotating their players but they were aiming for a win. This defeat was a complete shock and many gamblers lost a lot of money on this match.

Looking at the Bundesliga table, it's clear that Bayern Munich players realized long ago that they already won and they do not really need to win anything. That is not to say that they are not going to win more games of course they will, but they may not care as much as they used to and that is understandable.

Who cares if they go undefeated, sure Leverkusen did it once and that is why maybe Bayern may have wanted it, but as long as you are the champions, rest is not really that much important.

Bayern Munich are so active in their attack that they don't have to rely too much on defense. This is never a positive for a team, when facing a big team they can lose the match due to weak defense. As we saw against Arsenal. Even against Augsburg they had to lose due to weak defense. The match is tied 2-2 after 61 minutes of the match against Hamburger. In this match too we have seen the evidence of weak defense. Maybe Bayern Munich will win the match, but this should be a cause for concern for them.

Although Bayern Munich's attacking line is very active but still we notice that this team must rely on defense, if you look at today's match, Bayern's defense seems a bit weak, as a result of which we notice that 72 minutes have passed in this match but now the score line of the match is 2-2. However, you may have noticed that Bayern Munich have been undefeated in many matches and they are even able to win consistently in the Champions League and  they are now in second place in the UCL standings after their recent win over PSV in the UEFA Champions League. It has become boring to watch Bayern Munich's performance at the moment because we have noticed that this team lost to a mediocre team at home, even as you mentioned, Bayern Munich were given nine minutes of time in yesterday's match but still this team drew against Hamburger. I think Hamburger played magnificently against Bayern Munich in that match and their counterattacks were very well planned because it is undoubtedly true, in their toughest 19th round, their team's Vieira scored from a penalty in the 34th minute against Bayern last night. I saw this in the match last night, Harry Kane scored a goal in the 42nd minute and then Luis Diaz scored four minutes later but then it seemed like this team was behind offensively and they went the wrong way which resulted in them drawing the game 2-2 against the Hamburger team.

Bayern Munich made a real mess on my bet slip as I lost money because of them. I don't know why they can't be consistent against weaker teams. It is surprising that the strongest team in the bundesliga can win against Hamburg. If they continue losing points then Dortmund would have opportunities to close the gap. However Bayern Munich is above dortmund in the table but they should avoid losing points to stay ahead of dortmund in the table.

some of the things they gave as penalty you would be wondering why they gave penalty for it because the Bayern Munich conceiving penalty doesn't look obvious to be a penalty but the moment the Hamburger did as if the tackle was serious on him they gave them penalty, apart from the penalty hamburger was supposed to be too easy for victory on Bayern Munich but it was like the three points wasn't important. Bayern Leverkusen was the team with hard match than Bayern Munich because Frankfurt is like them but they were so smart and good method of navigating goals.

Yes, I think Bayern Munich underestimated Hamburger in this match and didn't think Hamburger could equalize after Bayern Munich took the lead. However, at least Bayern Munich tried their best in this match. After Hamburger equalized, they tried to maintain a tight defense so that Bayern couldn't add another goal, which ended in a draw.

Bayern have indeed had problems recently. Losing four points isn't a good result, while Dortmund looks more stable and consistent. If this continues, it's not impossible that the gap between them will close. But for now, Bayern is still quite safe at the top of the standings, they just need to improve the performance.

They are making clearer choices in attack, with more tempo and finishing. Freiburg, meanwhile, continues its inconsistent form in the league. Let's see how this game will end, but it is definitely not a game that Kompany will particularly like. If for some reason they lose this game, Dortmund would have a pretty unique chance to close the gap and then have that game against Bayern @ Signal Iduna Park very soon.

Next week is Bayern - Hoffenheim, odds for Hoffenheim are @7.40. Double chance is not that attractive with 3.45. However, Hoffenheim is doing very well and could steal points perhaps. If Mainz, Augsburg and Hamburg can, Hoffenheim can too!
