Honestly, with Bayern Munich's current form, I can't say Aston Villa has a strong chance of winning, but they might be lucky enough to get a draw.

The three Germany teams in the Champions League are really having impressive results, and that shows they are strong teams. But from my observations, these results might just be because they are facing average teams. I will only believe these three teams are truly strong when they play against teams like Manchester City, Real Madrid, or Barcelona. Still, I am impressed by their performances so far.

Aston Villa as shock Bayern Munich already won 1-0 I did not expect Bayern Munich to lose to Aston Villa, which is why you can never predict what will happen. Aston Villa are doing well in the premier league, but I thought Bayern Munich were better than them because Munich is currently topping the Bundesliga league table, and I thought Bayern would definitely defeat Aston Villa that yesterday night, but things went wrong, all the big clubs that played the champion league yesterday, I think only Liverpool won their games, and Bayern lost against Aston Villa,  real madrid lose again Lille and Athletico Madrid lose against Benfica. that is football am sure many people won't believe this strong clubs will lose there second champions league matches.

The game between Bayern Munich and Aston Villa, is just like two Premier League side that played the match, as Vincent Kompany being their manager did spend a lot of time at England as a player and as a coach, So, Aston Villa manager kind of know his tactical system and used it to win that game, I wouldn't have believed on a norm that Bayern would have in their history lost to Aston Villa that doesn't have much of Champions League experience lately.

In addition, maybe besides business, Dortmund could not retain its star players because the players wanted to leave or wanted to be sold. But what is clear is that Dortmund's advantages so far, although it is difficult to get trophies, Borussia Dortmund is a team that is quite fast in regenerating its players. I dont fully agree with you on that , that Dortmund only wanted to make money or profit even it looks like this way.
Mostly if players will getting better or very good at team they for sure want more money at some stage and thats the reason why they leave the Club.
Because most of the smaller Clubs cant efford to pay them the money they want specially when there is no big sponsor behind the Club as other have.

So, do you think Dortmund is a small team that does not have good finances, so Dortmund always sells its great players? Honestly, Dortmund is a big team with healthy finances and thus, Dortmund is basically able to maintain the great players it has even though there are demands for a salary increase. But in fact,  it seems that Dortmund does not want to spend more money, so Dortmund chooses to sell the great players it has. What makes me proof that Dortmund prioritizes business is that it would be very easy for Dortmund to sell best players even though the players are bought by rival teams in the Bundesliga such as Bayern Munich.

Thus, I personally just want to admit that Dortmund does prioritize its business. But even so, Dortmund still has a good effort to be able to make the team also remain good even though it has repeatedly sold its great players. In this case, basically Dortmund has a  balance in managing the team, so it is not surprising that Dortmund still has good results even though it always sells its best players.

Exactly, all players play with the dream of wanting to play for a bigger team as the they grow so at some stage they grow bigger than their current club and seek a move to a bigger team that can afford to pay them and also play in bigger competitions as well.

Dortmund have gotten to the biggest stages in football so i don’t think paying players is the reason why they sell them but just that the players seek to play in a bigger club. Dortmund scout needs to be appreciated for bringing in talented young players to the team making it easier for the club to sell them at higher prices when big clubs come asking and it the reason why people think they are only interested in making profit from player sales.

Dortmund's second victory in the Champions League this time Dortmund won by scoring 7 goals and Celtic themselves were only able to reply with 1 goal. The style of play is indeed almost the same where until now Kompany has indeed adapted the EPL style for Bayern in his coaching and of course some EPL dropouts such as Olise and Palhinha make this complete so that it is like a game in the EPL alone. But it is indeed quite unfortunate when they have to lose this match even though Aston Villa also deserves to win where they play very well in the defensive scheme carried out which makes the Bayern players hassle with the fortress of defense even though they have tried to control the game with possession and opportunities.

Bayern played very well but Aston Villa also did not play badly which in the end made Bayern have to lose points. Bayern losing to a team like Villa definitely impacted this, or Madrid losing to Lille as well, they could have won with big margins and be there too. Arsenal being 13th place, Bayern being 15th place, Real Madrid being 17th with Barcelona right there with 16th, Hell Milan is 32nd right now. These are all obviously unlikely results for these teams so far and they will need to do better. I like this new concept, it made things much more fun, these teams will need to do much better.

Sure. I have also thought that Bayern Munich's performance may not end like this because Kompany comes with new strategies. That is why other clubs that can be able to beat Bayern Munich are still finding it hard to do that. Especially Bayern Leverkusen, who is still strong enough to fight for the Bundesliga title this season. Once they get to understand the pattern, they will definitely bring Bayern Munich down because they are strong and competitive. 

Furthermore, we all see how they lose to Aston Villa in the Champions League, which shows the Bayern Munich performance is already getting slow. I haven't seen the full Villa - Bayern match and looking only at the game statistics, I was of the impression that Bayern was heavily dominating the game with ball possession of 70% and a significant advantage in shots on goal and that their loss was mostly due to bad luck.
But I've just watched some highlights and it doesn't at all look like Bayern could pose that much of a threat to Villa. They had some chances but so did Villa, and, if anything, it seemed like an even game. And not to mention that Upamecano should've been sent off for that two tactical fouls he committed.

That's why I think that Bayern Munich, who are such a strong team, are slowly lead themselves to ruin.  They have got a very bad defeat from Aston Villa where they could not perform any kind of performance.  But they should play this match well.  Where they were now in position.  Big mistake from Bayern Munich because there was one goal and their players could have done something to score a goal and the match could have ended in a draw.  But the pressure on them from the Aston Villa players was too much due to which they could not perform well.  Bayern Munich need to get better as soon as possible and if they keep lose matches their position will drop down which will give many teams an advantage. I'm surprised to see the performance of Bayern Munich, Bayern Munich can't play like this, but I think they have started a bad time.

Exactly what I was thinking, because there is no point to see Aston villa winning Bayern Munich. Because even in performance you will see that Bayern Munich played more better than them in the game but still they were not able to have even a single goal. Just imagine Bayern Munich had a total of 17 shots and  a total of 7 shots on target which even in the game we all know that Bayern Munich definitely played Aston villa, but they were not able to have a single goal. Although is not still bad because it is just the beginning of the Champions League and am very sure that kompany will not allow this to happen again he will make sure he plan against next time.
