I hope it turns out as you say, and Bayer Leverkusen remains in the title race for a long time. We need such a race in the German league. Watching the German league wasn't fun in the years Bayern Munich won the league single-handedly, but the year Bayer Leverkusen won the championship was truly a joy to watch. I hope they do the same thing with their new manager.

Yes that was the case at that time but Bayern Munich played even stronger, which made it difficult for Leverkusen to win even more. Their coach was not strengthening them in any way, if they had tried, they could have been completely successful this season. Bayern Munich is strong because of this performance and their strength and success are mostly seen in every match and their winning this title was a struggle for their development and the team. This is also a good effort from them, but they should also change their players, due to which they will have to make some improvements in terms of their players, which will make this a very good team.

Yes it was like that because there was time Bayern Munich had a lot of draws and few lost I don't think there was a time after all this they became ahead of Bayern Munich that is to say how further ahead Bayern Munich has went over them and true all this was happening under Xabi Alonso, Bayern Leverkusen might not also close a gap if Bayern Munich losses any match on this season. The situation is difficult to predict at the start of the league with so many changes. In terms of dominance, I think one team that will remain at the top is Munich. They have all the ingredients to continue dominating the league. Leverkusen's situation is difficult, with a new coach and several players leaving. I have observed that Munich has always been in the top 3 at the end of the season for the past 3 seasons. For other teams, there are always surprises and conditions are constantly changing. Leverkusen has managed to stay in the top three in the last two seasons, but I think it will be a bit challenging this season. Leipzig might be a strong contender, but Dortmund and Frankfurt also performed well last season.

I think that is enough to say Xabi Alonso was not bad in managing Bayer Leverkusen. Furthermore, last season they were not that bad since they finished the season in the top two.

I feel like they did well, but they just did not win the title. I don't think Erik Ten Hang has what it takes to do that, Xabi Alonso was indeed a terror to that Bayern Munich team and Erik Ten Hang can't keep to that energy, what we should be hoping for right now is for Bayern Leverkusen to qualify for champions League this season else it will be a big disappointment to the team after their few years of going head to head with Bayern Munich then it all ends in a blink of an eye, like they league was actually becoming interesting to watch since the outbreak of Bayern Leverkusen to the extent they won the league unbeaten, something even the so called Bayern Munich has not done, now we are no longer expecting that great performance from them rather than pray they make it to top four.

So at it is now I see Bayern Munich been the favourite to win this season again because I haven't see any strong challenge for them. It is the high expectations people had for Leverkusen last season that made many overlook their performance. But to me, they really tried, and their performances were not bad  they were good. It was because of the unbeaten run they had in the previous two seasons, and the fact that they won the Bundesliga, that many people were expecting even greater performances from Leverkusen.

Finishing in second place last season was actually a great achievement for them. Personally, I wasn't expecting Leverkusen to win the Bundesliga again, because I knew they didn’t have the kind of squad needed to keep dominating the league. However, many people still believed they would win it again.the truth is, even if Xabi Alonso were still at Leverkusen, I don't think their performance this season would remain as strong as it was in the last two seasons  unless they significantly strengthen their team. And I doubt Leverkusen have the kind of money needed to buy top-quality players.

Alonso’s departure will definitely be felt in terms of charisma and the confidence he instilled, but Ten Hag now has a chance to reshape Leverkusen into a different but still competitive team. The Bundesliga has often seen clubs rise when a coach maximizes limited resources, this doesn't mean Leverkusen should relent on new signings, If the take advantage of the transfer market and make some smart signing they will stand a better chance of competing for the title.

Seeing this odds makes me think, why not Dortmund who got odds @8.5? Whereas in the depth of the current squad, Dortmund is far superior to having more qualified players. Or maybe the bookies only take speculation of the results of Leverkusen past while still with Alonso. I have a hunch that is likely to have a runner up target while Dortmund currently also has the same target. This will be an interesting competition for the runner up position.

The reason why must be the final results of Leverkusen and Dortmund in the recent years. You know for 2 years, Dortmund haven't been able to finish the Bundesliga ahead of them. 

Leverkusen are seemed more likely to win the league now because of that. But of course there are other parameters in this now.

I have my doubts about Ten Hag in this regard. We may have seen the situation with Manchester United where despite having sufficient funds, Ten Hag did not make the necessary signings and did not enter the transfer market sufficiently. That is why we have seen them lose their dominance in the Premier League. Leverkusen is a strong team in the German league and their achievements are also quite good. But I have my doubts about how Ten Hag will do in the future. However, I think if Ten Hag makes the necessary signings, we can see Leverkusen improve.

Borussia Dortmund may be a tough opponent for Bayern Munich, but I think Leverkusen will have a year that's different from last year's performance. The manager should have a positive impact on Leverkusen. However, I don't have high hopes for the Dutch manager; he should still be given a chance. I'm sure the management, which brought in and trusted the Spanish player Xabi, also showed some consideration for Erik ten Hag. That's why I have some faith in him, because the team management trusts him.
