You may be right but not totally agreed. What about managers that are doing great now, that means if they go into a smaller team, they won’t be able to prevail there and get sacked also because they have weak players in the team? It all falls back to how you’re good at management, if you have a good managerial skill, you’ll be sorted out for by top teams and given better pay. When Leicester won the league, it was because they had a good managerial skill with them and was able to manage the so called not so great players in the team well. They were able to beat all the big teams and their big coaches, so it all falls back to how good you are at your management more than the players you have on ground to use even though they may also contribute to your success in the team.
