The next match could be decisive for Borussia, because the gap between Bayern and Borussia Dortmund is already 8 points. If Dortmund manage to beat Bayern at home, the difference will be reduced to 5 points, but even that would still be too much to realistically hope to close. And if Bayern win and extend the gap to 11 points, I think the champion will already be decided in this round. Besides that, we shouldn’t forget that Dortmund still have to play Atalanta in midweek, they will be less prepared for the match against Bayern than Bayern themselves.

I would say that dortmund's fate is sealed after they failed to win against leipzig. They are 8  points behind. Even if dortmund wins against Munich, they will be  5 points behind. It is very difficult to reduce the gap to 5 points. Since munich's overall performance is quite  stable. On the other  hand, I don't think bayern munich will lose points in the match. Munich has the highest chance of winning. And if Munich is very unlucky, then the match may end in a draw. Dortmund's chance of winning is very low. Dortmund did not  play well against Leipzig. Can they dominate against Munich ?

Bayern Munich isn't doing much, they're doing their homework to win the competition, nothing more and nothing less, but that's normal, they don't need to push and try too hard, they risk playing badly in some matches or breaking some players who could be useful later, so it doesn't make much sense, they're at 50% of what they could actually do.

For example this year has really made me feel like Bayern Munich could have finished the Bundesliga with 0 point loss. On their good day they are really unstoppable. The classic Bayern Munich they become...

However some unexpected losses of points were seen on the road going to the title. Sometimes it happens. Especially if there is a Champions League week... That can force the manager's hands to go for a rotation.

St. Pauli won the crucial six-point match against Werder Bremen 2-1. Neither team scored in the first half. St. Pauli took the lead in the 55th minute with a 1-0 score, but conceded a goal seven minutes later to make it 1-1. Bremen created chances to secure the win, but their finishing was poor.

St. Pauli scored their second goal in the 70th minute to win the match 2-1.

Bayern munich has increased their lead on the Bundesliga table as both Dortmund and Leverkusen which are pursuing Bayern munich closing failed to win their respective game's. I believe that this were due to their champions League playoffs games that comes up  Tuesday and Wednesday. These two teams has the advantage going into the second leg of the champions League playoffs and I hope that they will not put up this types of performance that we saw them play respectively in the bundesliga over the weekend.



Both Dortmund and Leverkusen win their respective game's so they will not be under any pressure what do ever to play. Leverkusen will have the home advantage as they will playing at home after an impressive away win last weekend. Dortmund will be under fire because they will be going away to play Atlanta one team that is not a push over anytime and they were impressive over the weekend as they won Seria A champions Napoli.

Bayern Munich is dominating the Bundesliga once again. They are truly unstoppable champions. Their points tally is undeniable, making them the true champions. Considering they've only lost once so far and drawn the remaining three, I find this quite impressive.

Although the Champions League has kept them busy, it hasn't significantly affected their Bundesliga campaign. They remain calm and win. Their legs are already very strong now, losing twice won't be a big deal if they want to focus more on the Champions League.

Bayern Munich defense is getting weak, they could have maintain the lead without conceding a goal, they needs to improve their performance to defend their lead, otherwise, it will cost them the three points if they continue to concede goals like that. The winning odds are in favor of Bayern Munich, despite the fact that both teams remain unbeaten in their last five games across all competitions.

I used to say that any manager could coach Bayern Munich and become successful because of the squad depth Bayern Munich has but when Bayern Munich management sacked Julian Nagelsmann and hired Thomas Tuchel, and Thomas Tuchel failed to become successful at Bayern Munich, then I realized that not all coaches would become successful at Bayern Munich.

Bayern Munich is one the team, that everybody believe all the manager that manage the team will become successful due to the squad they have built. I also have the same mindset until Tuchel was appointed and failed to become successful. To become successful isn’t about the players you bring up together, but it depends on the experience you have, Micheal Carrick is having a wonderful performance at Man United with the same squad Amorim struggled to win games.

The champions league can at some point account for their unbeaten run in the Bundesliga been broken because at a time they had to channel some more attention to the champions league so that they can make sure to still maintain their form in the champions league, I actually did expect they were going to maintain an unbeaten run in the Bundesliga this season but most importantly they are leading very fairly.

After the recent results the gap between Bayern Munich and Dortmund has risen to 8 points. Moreover these 2 teams are going to play against each other only 5 days later!

It is at Signal Iduna Park which can bring a little advantage to the home side. However I don't still feel very positive about Dortmund for this match. 

Because they have a Champions League match in 2 days as well so I don't know how tired they would be after it.

However, facing Bundesliga is most important match for Dortmund if won't seeing Bayern Munich easily dominance this season and if can beat Dortmund will make easily to win Bundesliga again.

The gap is once again eight points, which makes next weeks game a bit less important, because even if Dortmund wins that will be five point gap, and I do not think that it will be possible for Dortmund to even win that game, which will make the gap either stay at eight points or could be even as high as eleven points.

I have said this before and I will say this again, Bayern will once again be the champions and that is not really was a question and not going to be a question for the rest of the season.

If Dortmund alone can't beat Leipzig let alone face Bayern Munich? Of course this will be harder for Dortmund but even if Dortmund can beat Bayern Munich still can't grab the top position of the standings just a little bit narrowing the distance and if Dortmund loses or only achieves a draw makes us more confident that Bayern Munich will win the trophy again as usual there is no team that is really able to stop Bayern Munich since Vincent Kompany took over this club.
