I have been looking at the Dortmund Leverkusen fixture because I see it has got a lot of attention, probably because of the known strength of both teams, but then Dortmund has all the advantages and even by their H2H analysis Dortmund appeared superior but if Leverkusen win this, they get the chance to be at the 5th position on the table with 52 points while Dortmund will remain at the second  but a draw will not get Leverkusen that much, so Dortmund has less to loose than Leverkusen does in this fixture.

This match is very important for Leverkusen; if they want to qualify for the Champions League next season, they need to win points without making any mistakes. There's almost no point difference between them and their rivals, so they must focus on this match and play at their best.
Dortmund, on the other hand, has been playing very well in recent weeks and is continuing without dropping points. The team is in excellent form right now, and I think they will play well in this match as well. Their chances of becoming leaders are almost impossible; I don't think they can catch up to Bayern Munich. I don't know how much they will tire themselves out in this match; perhaps we'll see a draw

Dortmund needs to win to keep making pressure against the Munich team but we all know is impossible to see them overtaking Bayer Munich in this season is sad because they do a real good one season, but did we all saw how much goals score this season Bayer Munich? already 100!!! is crazy, you cant defeat that, they are a total machine.

In the Bundesliga there’s no team that can beat the dominance of Bayern Munich, we can see team come and challenge them once in a while and they don’t maintain that. Dortmund are the worst people in the league to have hope on of putting Bayern Munich on pressure, they have always fall short at the end of the season.
Bayern Munich have been very good this season and there’s no way Dortmund or any other team can put them on pressure.

Dortmund must be wishing to be still a part of the Champions League now.    Because they are at a great position in the standings now so they can easily focus on another big tournament.

But maybe they weren't going to be this comfortable if they moved on there. I assume we will never know... Atalanta shouldn't have been the team to get eliminated by. I would have loved to see another der Klassiker there.

Anyways... This is progress in the Bundesliga at least with Kovac compared to last season.

Your comment quickly raises the question as to how you define dominant when there is a team that wins the Bundesliga title more than ten times in a row until one other teams wins it once, to then see the first team win it over ten times in a row again. You could argue that dominance is broken, but since everyone is aware how dominance works in professional sports leagues, depending on the context of course, it is rather a marker that speaks for a period spreading over many seasons.

You can have a dominant team for one season, but the context here is that it is said "Bayern dominates the Bundesliga because of reason X and reason Y", and then it really doesn't matter whether they win the title 18 times or 19 times out of 20 seasons.

Dortmund will be playing at home tomorrow and Bayer Leverkusen also need to win to go up a bit in the table and also increase their chance making it to the UEFA Champions league next season but i think this will be difficult.
If Dortmund wins they will still be in the second position nothing will change for them because they can't catch up with Bayern Munich because Bayern Munich is not also ready to loss any game in the Bundesliga now and i also believe that soon they will be crown Bundesliga Champions again.

This remembered me when Bayer Leverkusen dominate the Bundesliga competition just for one season, and everything go well for them. Bayer Leverkusen dominated from the beginning of the season tell end of the season they won the Bundesliga title as at that that season, I think Bayer Leverkusen management should just try and repeat that again, and I think the easiest way is to bring Xabi Alonso as their manager.

He already know the pattern and everything that is needful to that success, but as you said Bundesliga teams do not mind one team should be dominating, they don’t have mind of competing in the bundesliga.

Bayern Munich’s dominance has come so far that no team in the Bundesliga have a chance against them. They’ve been so consistent that no team has gotten to beat them for he title consecutively. It is so sad that the competition there is now a one team sided competition that only one team dominates. For other teams to come up better in this competition, I think they’ll have to do better than they’ve always been, have an overhaul change in players and their performances. In short, they need sponsors that can sponsor the teams well and put money into the club just like Bayern Munich is doing now.

It's very strange how much Hoffenheim has declined. In their last 4 games they haven't had a single victory, and today they dropped points again, in a game against a team that hasn't won in their last 5 games. The saddest part is that in today's game, the opponent scored 2 goals in the first 15 minutes. I even thought Hoffenheim would suffer a humiliating defeat because they conceded two goals so early, but Hoffenheim managed to score 2 goals in the first half and the game ended in a draw.

In the second half, neither team scored and the game ended in a draw. With this result, Hoffenheim remains in 5th position but could drop if Leverkusen manages to beat Dortmund in tomorrow's game. If that happens, then Bayern will be close to celebrating the title, even if they don't win tomorrow's game. But if Bayern wins tomorrow's game... If Dortmund lose their points advantage, it would then become 12 points, and Bayern would need to win their games against Stuttgart and Mainz to become champions.

If they are getting good players to challenge Bayern Munich it will only make the league to become more competitive because it won't be just bayern Munich alone that be interesting because Bayern will not be left alone to be dominating and other clubs might also want to do better at the cost of fulfilling there purpose of even been in the league in the first place, and next we hope Leverkusen and Dortmund will be able to live there dream.

I don't think it's much different from the Italian league, La Liga, or the French league because usually there are only three teams competing, but ultimately only one team is considered significant throughout Europe. The Premier League may be slightly better than the other leagues, but when it comes to competition in the Champions League, it's pretty much the same. The Bundesliga may only talk about Bayern Munich because this team has always been able to dominate the League and Dortmund has only been able to compete below them every season and is more about business while Leverkusen was only able to reach the best peak in the previous season under Xabi Alonso but now they are also starting to struggle to compete.

It's a bit strange. You could think that Vincent Kompany, who played as a centre-back defender throughout his playing career would be focused on setting the team more defensively, but he did the opposite (intentionally or not) and turned Bayern into a goal-scoring machine that is on its way of establishing the new league record for the amount of goals scored in the season.
The old record is also held by Bayern and it stands at 101 goals scored in the league. No club managed to beat that record since the 1971/72 season, but we are likely to see history happen this afternoon. Bayern needs to score 2 goals against St Pauli today to make it happen.

I agree that things are easy for Bayern Munich because there aren't many teams in Germany that can beat them. Leverkusen put up a fight, but they've become an average team this year. Borussia Dortmund is always another team that competes with them in the league, but they always settle for second place. Bayern Munich is not easily beaten in this league. It's not comparable to the Premier League.

This match will be very interesting and important as well because both of the teams has need to secure more points so that they can qualify for the best. Leverkusen has to win this match if they really want to qualify in the champions league next season. Because the competition is very tight and they have zero chances to make a mistake and safe their position they have to play this match very carefully and confidently. And Dortmund is playing quite good from some previous time and the improvements in their performance has been also observed. So they are also on a good position but despite having all this is also true that they still are no capable to give tough time to the Bayern Munich. Because Bayern Munich already shows their strength which is clear to all that they are not an easy target for anyone.

It seems almost certain that Dortmund will finish second in the Bundesliga this season. Bayer Leverkusen has been quite effective on offense in its last two away league matches. The clash between these two teams, both known for their attacking style of play, is expected to be a high tempo affair.

I believe that together with Arsenal there is no other stronger team at the moment in Europe, so many attacking performances of the highest level can only be rewarded with the victory of the Champions League, even if the path is still far away they are truly the favorites to win it.

Saying Munich is the favorite to win the champions league isn't completely out of place but i do not think that is a popular opinion anyways but then so far they have been putting in the work and the possibilities actually lays around and Arsenal is also a good possible rival to get to the finals with Bayern Munich possibly they both get to the finals.
