I still question whether the second yellow card was really necessary, the referee usually warns players who have already received a yellow card, and I think the violation was a minor one, I saw the referee was also confused, as if he didn't know Camavinga had already received the first yellow card, but in my opinion, even if Madrid hadn't received a red card and the match had gone to extra time, Bayern would have likely won, they controlled the second half and played much better.

Bayern Munich only need one win and one draw from their remaining five matches to secure the Bundesliga title this season, so Kompany will not take any risks in the remaining matches because they still have other, much more important matches in the UCL competition. I think the Bundesliga title race is over before it's time. Bayern Munich has a lot of talented players in their  squad. Munich is not worried about the Bundesliga matches. The gap between Dortmund and munich is 12 points. It will not be possible for dortmund to close such a big gap. Now the most important thing for bayern munich is the champions league. And that is why they continue to fight hard. It is a fine line for a coach because on the one hand he wants to keep everybody fully on fire, on the other hand there is nothing worse than a severe injury in an unimportant game and it is not the most important game for them. However, if Kompany wants to go down in the Bayern history books and he wins the last five games with them in the Bundesliga, he would be on eye level with Jupp Heynckes and I guess the score difference would be even better than it was back then.

But the question is, how much is it worth to compete for records when the Champions League title is in reach. They still are the better team if he rotates and if they don't win it, I think it wouldn't be the end of the world. I'd rather take all three titles and miss a record than not win them all. Reminds of Leverkusen and how they lost the Europa League. I imagine they would have all been fine with one less Bundesliga win and instead get the Europa League title.

I'm not sure if it's really necessary for Bayern Munich to go for a deep rotation. But I guess they will need it when we think that they are still playing in 3 different competitions at the same time...

They should not risk any player to injury, they need to make sure if there are any players whose body looks like they are fatigue, then they should give a rest. PSG game will be the most important game they will have this season, PSG is an unbelievable team, looks like almost the "perfect" team, everyone does what they should do perfectly and that means if Bayern ends up getting a win, final game will be easier.

Madrid probably relayed on their champions league experience to think they will be a better side against Bayern Munich but unfortunately they had it really differently this time and it happened that they were not given a chance away and even at home, you are correct about Arbeloa, it is true he does gets overwhelmed easily when he is faced with any form of pressure and that affects the productivity of the team.

Bayern Munich will not see Stuttgart as a small team and even if they have arguably the best goalkeeper in history and he is still stopping short they still won't take the match lightly.

The next Uefa champions is not next week so I don't see why Bayern will be resting their players.
