Well, Bayern Munich is not fighting for points anymore but only fighting to protect their records and not loosing any more games. After the champions League game, it is normal for any team to slack back on performance, it may not really be due to trauma, it may just be due to realising that there's no need to pick an injury when they already have the title. Bayern Munich is still a great team if not they would have recorded more losses.

Bayern Munich have still continued to win after even announcing their league title. Even with a rotated lineup they are able to keep winning. The gap with others is just that big...

Wolfsburg actually played really great in this game. We are talking about a 3.04 xG for them! But still no goal scored by them. Now they are under a bigger threat of relegating directly while we are on the final week of the season.

Hamburg managed to secure a win at home against Freiburg. I don’t think Freiburg lived up to expectations in this match. Hamburg played with great determination from the start and certainly deserved to win. Whilst they had already secured their place in the league last week, winning such matches at home must be a source of joy for the fans. I am also surprised too because I don't considered Wolfsburg to be a difficult opponent for them but that is how it is sometimes, currently Bayern Munich don't have to stress themselves because they already gotten what they want. The only remaining match that matters to Munich is the DFB Pokal final, other than that, it's not that important to them. so it's no surprise that they looked like they were just practicing against Wolfsburg, since there's nothing else to chase, they already have the Bundesliga trophy, so it's just a normal game for them... so right now, their focus is probably only on the DFB Pokal final, because it's the last trophy they can win this season, since they already failed in the Champions League.

The bottom line in Bundesliga is quite interesting. All last three teams have the same number of points with 3 points of difference between Wolfsburg and the other two teams. Funny enough that Wolfsburg will face St. Pauli which will play home. It is obvious the loser will directly relegate here. Wolfsburg attack line is not that bad but their defence line is chaotic while St. Pauli defence is better but their attack line is the poorest in the league. Bookies slightly think that the team playing home will win but I think Wolfsburg will not let them survive.

Looking at St. Pauli’s history, it is not surprising if they get relegated again this season. Since being promoted to the Bundesliga, the team has not shown much improvement, and last season they were also very close to relegation.

If we look at the odds offered by the bookmakers, St. Pauli is at @2.65 while Wolfsburg is at @2.60, so the difference is not that big. In my opinion, if Wolfsburg can score an early goal and then maintain the lead by focusing more on defense, I believe Wolfsburg has a good chance to win this match.

First am not surprised at all with how Bayern Munich are playing after losing out of the UCL semi finals to PSG as it's what every other team which got eliminated at such phase of a top competition in Europe, you'll definitely be drained psychologically and then with time get back to vigour. There are many teams at this time of the season that I don't include in my bet slip picks because it's risky to even do so as they don't have what really important they're still playing for, Bayern Munich performance in the bundesliga dropped a bit the moment they got satisfied that the league is theirs already, and every win has being a narrow one so you don't even know when they actually lose since they ain't serious as previous. Barcelona in the La'liga seems to be added to my avoidance list of teams as they have now won the La'liga base on points secured. Definitely the whole drama in their second leg of the Champions League semifinals; they were not favoured by the referee at all in the match, so they will be emotionally down, which will be the reason for their poor performance in their league game, and Wolfsburg, whom they played against, were fighting relegation; they would have had a chance if they had defeated Bayern Munich, and that was why they were very serious in the game, but unfortunately, they are not lucky, and the better team won. The season is almost over for Bayern Munich; they have all they have to win in their domestic league and other competitions.

Bayern needs to just prepare for next season; they have tried, as they remain one of the best teams in the world and a team with the most dangerous attack in the world. They only need to work on their defence and also to find a replacement for Nuver.

Leverkusen is about to lose their Champions League spot come next season; they lost to Stuttgart, which has dropped them to the sixth position, and from all indications, they will hardly qualify for the Champions League next season. I am highly disappointed with their performance this season; they need to also sign more players next season in order to compete higher.
