Bayern Munich were the unlucky side in the semi-finals. Both teams played almost equally, their strengths were similar. If one of them had been on the other side of the Champions League draw instead of Arsenal, they would probably have met in the final. They were unlucky because they met in the semi-finals. It was actually a more difficult match than the final. Hopefully, Bayern will be luckier next year and reach the final.
It can be said that Bayern Munich Paris Saint-Germain was an early final that thrilled every spectator and made us remember why the game of football is beautiful and full of emotions, and the classic match between big names which however is played openly without the fear of conceding a goal but with the awareness of being able to score knowing one's qualities. That's why this match was so enjoyable. If I had to give an example of a similar match, I could point to the World Cup third-place match. There, England and France attacked each other without fear, creating ten goals in total. The match between Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain in France was, in my opinion, the most enjoyable Champions League match of last year. The first leg between Bayern Munich and PSG was a remarkable game that was the best game i watch in last season UEFA Champions league both team were serious about that game because it was a semi final game, the England and France game wasn't interesting to me i see them as people just playing around the pitch i just see that they never value that 3rd place but just wanted to play it to fulfill all righteousness.

For me, Adeyemi is a player of absolute quality, a sprinter who would be useful in any circumstance and in all clubs, whoever manages to grab him will certainly have something to gain from it, i would opt more for Barcelona for a question of ownership, Paris Saint-Germain is already too busy with players competing for ownership in the attacking department. He is quite good for his age and the way he has adopted football and we have seen his performance in the previous season. He will be a good foundation for his team's defense and if he is fully ready to go to Barcelona, I think he will do a lot for Barcelona's wall. PSG chooses players by looking at the whole season, so they will take this decision very thoughtfully. It is important for Barcelona to play well in the Champions League this time and they are doing everything for this and Adeyemi's good effort and struggle will prove to be a lot better for the team. PSG chooses their weak players after every game so that their team never weakens but plays with the same strength. So they can choose this player or better players can come on the market.

I believe Bayern Munich could have eliminated PSG if they were a little better at defending. That's why I think they can make it to the finale next time if they show this improvement. Otherwise there is nothing wrong with their attacking line. They must even have the most dangerous trio there in the world! But they had huge problems in defense against capable teams like PSG...

Bayern Munich has struggled defensively and wants to strengthen their defense. We may see more defensive transfers for Bayern Munich this year. Conceding five goals against Paris Saint-Germain was a major problem for them. They didn't have much trouble in other matches, but conceding five goals against Paris Saint-Germain taught them they need to take some precautions in this area.

It's good to praise Bayern Munich, however, to set the records straight, they lost once at the group stage, but no one should underestimate the brilliant performance of the club in the last Champions League; I never thought they could perform as much as that. Not that they were not beaten at a point, but if you would judge it fairly, one side must still win, and in some cases, that side that lost could be better in stats and feats than their opponents, and even perform better on the pitch, but in the end, football will always be football, luck is also important here.

It's very obvious that defense is the problem, those defenders are good to an extent but becoming weaker as they get older so Kompany needs to worry the board so the recruitment team can get him players that would make that area stronger. Well it's good they have the money to spend so the hyped price of players won't affect them much if they're to spend big on quality defenders. In the past years Bayern has worked on their midfield and attack, infact the attack is the strongest part of the squad so they don't need much work there this season, they need to spend more of good defenders like good said, not just good but the ones with experience.
Kompany has done an excellent job as a coach and i also see him very well on that bench, the defense has some obvious declines and above all it should be faster in repositioning itself during the opponent's counterattacks, another thing to keep in mind and also Neuer, a legendary goalkeeper but he too is now of his age and something should start to change.

Yeah, Arsenal actually gave them a very tough but the mistake that Arsenal made in that final against PSG, they should not try that upcoming season. How can a team that is leading their opponents by only 1 goal will go back to play defense game, whereby that's the right time for them to fight for more goals to double their lead.
I follow Bayern's matches a lot which very often end in over 2.5 for the Bavarians who score a lot of goals thanks to their ultra offensive approach, and I can say that Bayern Munich plays all the matches with the malice of someone who is playing in a final, same thing against PSG but you can't always win, exactly as it was

For a long time, Kompany was the only person who had brought Bayern back to life. When they wanted to bring him in, we denigrated him and even made statements like "he can't manage a club that is as big as Bayern Munich, and there are many chances and see how far Kompany took them in the Champions League." There are many factors that should be taken into consideration first, such as letting the coaches finish their work before passing judgment, as we did to Kompany. Neuer should be one of their most valuable players because he gives up very few goals. His age will indeed play a role, but let's see how long he can stay competitive because eventually they will look for someone younger.

Yes, it is the strategic errors that destroyed any hopes that Bayern was having of going on to the next stage. The first game was amazing as it involved two giants whose approach to the game was complete attack oriented. The second leg change of tactics in fact smothered the potential of the team. I believe that the coach was mainly responsible since he lacked the dominant decision that would lead to victory.
With hindsight its too easy to talk, who knows how it would have gone if etc.. unfortunately its not just Bayern Munich's fault but we must also give credit where credit is due and Paris Saint-Germain still played a great match, with Kwaratskhelia in super form who showed themselves both in the first leg and in the return leg flawless.

Yes PSG is not a joke of a team when you face them is like the drench national team, when you think you have them tied they put a long ball to one of his forward and they made a fantastic play and score and put all your work into the bin, and is not easy to play against it, they are now two times champion of Champions League.
So i cant blame Bayer Munich for that at all.
Aside of it, which team do you feel is gonna be the surprise in this season?

I do not share the same thoughts. I was even paranoid they took the lead comfortably ( I mean when it was still 5-2 ) and Luis Enrique couldn't change the structure of the game to be a lot more compact, closing down those spaces between the defenders and making it difficult for them to come back scoring goals. Well, he was able to make these adjustments during the second leg. That said above, I do think Vincent Kompany has got work to do with his backline. They're too porous especially when they face a proper attacking side capable of hurting them.

The problem was from the tactical system that Bayern Munich used during that second leg. Their first leg match against PSG was like the final of that Champions League season to me, one of the most interesting matches that I watched in the last season of the Champions League. It isn't that Bayern Munich was weak, because nothing changed from the Bayern Munich that played the very first game, but only that the approach they used in the second leg gave them the poor result you talked about.
the first leg, as you say, was spectacular, probably the most exciting of the entire tournament, during the return match Bayern didn't have the patience to wait for the right moment to attack, but they did so right from the start, thus opening up space for counterattacks which then led them to lose.

Bundesliga is starting so late compared to the other top leagues in Europe like every year. I wonder what the reason is for that? The first week matches are like at the end of August. There are 2 cup matches earlier than that though. Telekom Cup and Supercup matches... Maybe that's the reason? Anyways by the way I think Bayern Munich will start the season with 2 trophies already after those cup matches.

It doesn't matter anymore. What matters is their performance this year. This year, they will be on the field aiming to win all their matches in the Champions League. Last year they didn't win all their matches, but they performed very well until the semi-finals. In the semi-final, they scored four goals in an away match against Paris Saint-Germain, but in the home match, everyone expected Bayern to advance, but they were unfortunately eliminated from the tournament and couldn't reach the final. Paris Saint-Germain later won the cup. At least they can console themselves by losing to the champions. This year, they want that championship. I think Bayern Munich will perform well in the Champions League again this year.

I do not really think Bayern Munich were expected to win easily, PSG last season was in a very solid form such that they were almost indisputable to every team, they literally were having a good season and were fierce to any team they literally met last season, so it was actually expected that anything could happen, that game came with a two sided expectation on both sides, so seeing that PSG won was more like a part of the expectations happening. But truly Bayern Munich was so much in a good form that it was expected of them to put up a good fight which they actually could not, that could have felt disappointing but then they were not so terrible a team.
One thing I feel sure about is that Bayern Munich will be returning experienced this new season than they were in the previous season, so I expect some better performances from them than we saw last season.
If there is one thing that Bayern knows how to do very well and does not repeat its mistakes, especially on important stages such as the UCL, where they lost against Paris Saint-Germain, a very bitter defeat that certainly did not go down well with the Bayern Munich fans, if they were to challenge each other again this year it would certainly be a great match.

Bayern Munich should simply focus on building their team and competing in the Champions League. However, in recent seasons, it must be acknowledged that Bayern Munich's strengths haven't been as strong as other top European teams, regardless of the issues. I'm sure Bayern Munich's management is aware of this and is driven by it. And regarding the competition in the Bundesliga, I think it will remain the same; no team can match Bayern Munich's strength.

In football, things are very unpredictable. PSG lost the Club World Cup final against Chelsea, Bayern lost to PSG in the Champions League, but every match is a new story. The idea that there are always safe matches is a lie or a fallacy. Now, any team can surprise you, so it's not something we can rely on. What Bayern must stop doing is sitting back in defense, ever again.
I can't blame you, if Bayern gives priority to the defensive part during this transfer window, they will certainly find themselves better prepared for next season so they can do even better than they have done up to now. Football, as you say, is strange, in the decisive match that could have given him the win over Paris Saint-Germain, everyone took the victory for granted, but instead Chelsea took it home.

Bayern Munich were expected to easily beat PSG in the second leg of the semi-final and qualify for the final, but they performed very poorly against PSG. They could not even create a tough fight in that match, their lack of confidence was evident in that match. But Arsenal gave them a very tough time in the final, more so than Bayern Munich. Arsenal's performance was not reflected in the match because it was defensive. But if Bayern Munich can learn from last season's mistakes and come back stronger than last season, then maybe they can become the favorite team to win the Champions League title in the upcoming season.
I don't think you're right, apart from some refereeing errors and a missing red card for the French which would certainly have changed the game, but apart from this the Bavarians still played it openly trying to do everything until the end, credit must be given to the Parisians for having been able to exploit very well the counterattacks they managed to create.

The decision made by the referee in the ground could easily be a cause of controversy among the ardent supporters. PSG were adept, and their lightning quick counterslapses put out the defensive of the opponent. Big clubs simply forgot to be fully alert and a small error soon resulted in some fatal disaster. The success was provided by ensuring that maximum opportunities were made during normal time.
