Measured by their own standard, PSG had a horrible season so far, but I think it will again be about them. What is the chance that you can beat PSG when you concede five goals against them in one single match? PSG was leading 5-2 in that match and then made two big mistakes that Bayern was able to benefit from. It could have been worse than that. I am still not fully convinced of Bayern's defense. It is a good defense, but it's not about being a good defense in the Bundesliga. It is about being a good defense against Barcelona and PSG and that is where I think it falls slightly short.

Whether they would have won the final, it's just speculation. Nobody can really tell. Arsenal had an incredible defense and all they needed was a goal to save themselves into penalties.

I don't think at all that Bayern is a stronger team this season than they have been last season. Maybe if Musiala fully recovers and Karl takes the next step, that would give them options that could really be hard to counter for their opponents. Musiala is on his way, Karl has been the shooting star and maybe he can master a full breakthrough. He is young, but he is fast, brave and takes on 1v1 very often, which I think is so important in those top matches.

Bayern Munich are unpredictable when it comes to scoring goals. Sometimes, when no one expects them to score many goals, they do exactly that. I know that Union Berlin are not in good condition, but the fact is that I didn't expect them to end the match with as many as seven goals. Even if Dortmund is on top from now till 2 games to end the season and they are 5 points ahead, you see that Dortmund, they must look for a way to lose those 2 matches and get zero point from it. The season I stopped taking Dortmund seriously was the season they needed just a draw to win the league and they lost it on the final day. That very day was when I lost hope on them, from then till now they still haven't won it. So I'm not worried, when the time comes, they will drop down like a fallen tree.

It is not as black or white as you say. It needs luck of course to win the UCL. Unless you are as dominant as Spain was at the World Cup, you need luck. This does not say that work or consistency is irrelevant. It is of course not irrelevant, but it's more of a combination of both and I think you can barely ever cancel luck out of the equation whenever a team won a big trophy. In many matches, small referee decisions or shots on target hitting the frame and the ball bouncing back from the goal line, many instances can decide whether you win that match or not.

It is never only luck because the competition is too strong for a lucky team to ever go through all matches with just luck. Claiming that there is never any luck involved when a team wins big, is wrong.

We see Dortmund playing well at start of almost every season. Previous season we have seen Dortmund lose their way midway through the season. This season they appear to be genuine title contender too. After all they have managed to win all four of their match so far. But there is no guarantee that their performance won't become inconsistent in a few week.

I could see Munich vs Dortmund is scheduled for 1st Nov. If Schwarzgelben manage to beat Kompany, I would say they are worthy of the title. Leipzig and Freiburg certainly have potential to perform well. But winning title requires consistent and steady performance. That is something they likely won't be able to achieve. So battle for title this season will be between Dortmund and Munich.

Schalke was the only team that was able to take a point from them so far and i think that is the max any team can take from them. I just love seeing Jamal Musiala score, I had wanted to come to Barcelona but he has an important position with this Bayern side and then there’s Michael Olise who is very impressive with each game, it just feels like he has the world at his feet. The only one stopping him is himself.
