Vincent Kompany should have it at the back of his mind that his achievements at Bayern Munich is not complete without the Champions league so that should be the target this season, though there are tough competitors but it's still not impossible.
The Bundesliga title is still as important as the Champions league so it's not totally disposable, that hunger for more trophies should still remain amongst the team, because the moment that is gone, it could become difficult to come back to the same form.
The club is already happy when Bayern Munich manages to win the championship, but since it is a club that aims very high and the championship has almost become a habit, the club now wants to focus everything on the Champions League, since that is the real trophy that makes Bayern Munich celebrate.

In my opinion, Dortmund can't really build a squad from the same financial situation as Bayern, they sell important players when they get a good offer. But that doesn't mean they don't have the goal of winning the Bundesliga. It's not that they haven't won the Bundesliga at all. I heard that Dortmund won the Bundesliga twice in a row in 2010/11 and 2011/12. Leaving aside history, they recently finished the season in 2022/23 with both Dortmund and Bayern finishing with 71 points. Bayern actually only won the championship on goal difference. Dortmund's problem is not ambition, but sustaining that ambition for a long time.
In reality, Borussia Dortmund could build a team following Bayern Munich's logic. They just don't apply themselves to it, because legendary players have passed through Dortmund who were then sold to raise funds. But if they had stayed together and played, they would certainly have brought something more concrete.

I think the main reason is that Dortmund have never set themselves such a big goal as winning the Bundesliga. Maybe they have tried to do it, but Bayern's and Dortmund's objectives are fundamentally different. It starts with the fact that Bayern don't sell their best players, while for Dortmund it seems that selling their best players is one of their main goals each season, as if making money is more important than winning titles.
It almost seems to me that Borussia Dortmund's main objective is to win the Champions League, given that they use their full strength during European competitions, while as far as the Bundesliga campaign is concerned, they always struggle a lot and have often come very close, but in the end without really achieving anything. They can achieve this, for me. Stats is really good.

It is as if Dortmund does not care about the Bundesliga at all, in my opinion, ending Bayern Munich's dominance in Germany should have been their priority.

That is certainly the case; the differences in club management between the two teams shape their current situations. As you mentioned, Dortmund and Bayern Munich fundamentally different of their squads and expectations. While one focuses on making a profit, the other is intent on achieving success. Perhaps that is why quality players from Dortmund transform into global superstars after transferring to Bayern Munich.
Because Bayern Munich tends to take players and improve them, making them realize they haven't yet reached their full potential. So when a player is acquired by Bayern Munich, he's only bought because the team knows he can be an absolutely valuable player and, with more teamwork, can be improved.

Bayern Munich is one of the best teams to unlock a player's potential. They've demonstrated this for years, and they've brought many players to the market and turned them into stars. Bayern Munich also has a very good youth academy. The fact that they haven't yet won the Champions League is what bothers them, but it's also true that they win the Bundesliga every year. Their goal is no longer the Bundesliga, and they seem very motivated to win the Champions League this year.

They can achieve this, for me. Stats is really good. That is true because, Dortmund as a club has been able to play in the finals of the champion's league and has been performing great when it comes to the champion's league. But this is not the case when it comes to the Bundesliga were Bayern Munich has made this league title their birthright as they have win this league continuesly times without numbers. If not of the Brilliance run that Bayern Leverkusen had some three seasons ago when they win the league against all odds , Bayern Munich will have been wining this league without any challenge coming from the rest of the teams that make up the league. The reason is simply Dortmund and the rest of the other teams are self defeated already. They see Bayern Munich as the winner of the league even before the start of the season, when a team is defeated mentally and believe that they can beat another team then there is nothing that can be done. And this is the story of Dortmund a team that I can say is not competing for the league title but, is only participating to get qualification for Europe.

The more reason why I don't fancy watching the Germans Bundesliga. An inheritance for one club. It's just so shameful. I enjoy football when there competition. I enjoy it when you can't easily predict the winner just even before the game starts. But this is not the same when it comes to Germany. It seems to me like all the clubs there are on vacation and only contribute there quota to Beyern Munich to help them celebrate there win. Other teams don't go for big names. They don't think of improving. They don't sign high ranked coaches. They are just there, watching and earning. It's only Beyern that thinks of improving in players and coaches. The likes of Dortmund, Beyern Leverkusen, Frankfort, Atlanta, etc, are just not trying. They need to make the league competitive so that it becomes enjoyable. The other year Leverkusen did the wonders of unbeaten run and won the league, it was talked about whole year, and thats what it should be.

Bayern munich remain one of those strong club favorite to win the UEFA champions league title, they always make an attempt of winning the title almost every season and i believe with time Vincent Kompany is going to win the champions league title for Bayern munich.
Bayern munich doesn't need to worry much about the Bundesliga they have won it most time so it's not very important to them, but still i don't see any club in the Bundesliga that will challenge Bayern munich for the title, come rain or sun shine Bayern munich always have a 90% chance of winning the Bundesliga title.
It's almost a given that Bayern Munich manages to win the Champions League title every so often, because they're a team that grows stronger and more determined to win the Champions League every year. And every time, after a while, they win the title again, becoming Champions League champions and European champions.

You are right and even me I don't like the fact that is only one club that is always higher than others all the time but however I don't usually take because of that to hate or decided not to be watching Bundesliga because if the trophy is know longer interesting, clubs performance between other clubs will definitely replace it because already that's the reason most people are still watching the league and not because of knowing the club that would become the winner. Although I don't blame most of the club because is only what they can afford they could go for and that's why the most wealthy club in the league is wining from season to season.

It's high time other clubs in the league sit up and try to compete against the most dominant team Bayern Munich, but if they relax and refused to sign quality players or even sell their best players to other bigger teams or Bayern Munich like they do sometimes then the league would continue to be dominated by Bayern Munich. I don't find it interesting too but I do watch some of their matches especially tough ones like Bayern Munich vs Borussia Dortmund. They'll continue to be called farmers league if they don't improve and invest better.

Winning Bundesliga is what Bayern munich dont really struggles much about it which they normally surpass the second team at their back with high points and it as if they dont ha e rivals or a team that is competing with them to get the league titles. Bayern munich being consistent for a very long time I'm sure they know the game better and it is possible they might win the league this season again. The champions league is a competition that seems to be difficult and Bayern munich reaching semi finals or finals is not a guarantee to win. To win champions league is not about being a good team with good performance, it requires good skill.

If a club is always being at the top of the or winning the league title every season, it means they have the players to accomplish that, but they did nothing to stop other team, very team has the right to prepare for every season, if a club does not have what it takes to win the league or to occupy a good position in the league table, there is nothing they can do until the management is ready to vote money to get some players, I do not expect a team that did not commit any money in buying good players to outplay a team that spend more, unless we want to discuss about Realmadrid in the Spanish laliga, German bundesliga will continue to be like this until other teams are ready to compete by buying players.

Last year, Arsenal finished the league phase at the top, having won every match, thereby securing a fixture advantage. This demonstrates that finishing as the leader in the Champions League league phase directly impacts the subsequent stages. Bayern Munich finished second last year, losing only to Arsenal and aims to top the league phase this time around. The Bundesliga is not a league where they struggle; they will likely compete in the Bundesliga with their second squad while fielding their main lineup in the Champions League.

If you observe, you'll notice that almost every team becomes stronger in the champions league even if they're struggling in their local leagues. Majority of the participating teams approach the champions league with some kind of energy. I don't think Dortmund prioritize champions league over Bundesliga but I think the Bundesliga is just too tough for them to win because bayern Munich doesn't seem like giving any team a chance to win it anytime soon. Bayern is just too strong for any of the Bundesliga teams to handle and that's why they always find a way to win no matter how much other teams try.

Bayern Munich is currently the highest-scoring team in the league. They have scored 14 goals and conceded only 2 the only match in which they failed to score was the one that ended in a draw. After the international break, they will play away against Augsburg, and I believe they will win there without any issues. Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund will face Bremen. Dortmund will secure the three points at home, and I do not think the standings will change after this week.
Bayern Munich they don't really have a problem and the moment Bayern Munich top that table there will be a problem because even Dortmund can not contend with Bayern Munich we know, Bayern is just allowing Dortmund to enjoy exactly what they have now because they won't be staying long topping the table and I was not even expecting them to stay this long on the table but since they are still there let's expect something different if they will be able to stop Bayern from climbing to the top. And I can argue it that Dortmund will still not win the trophy am very sure about that. Because since the opponent's that Dortmund are meeting are not that difficult to win wait until the league gets serious. Bayern Munich are now just advancing their matches slightly, they are not very competitive and attacking strongly. Currently, Bayern Munich is in second place from the top of the points table, but Dortmund is in first place, but we can guess that they will not be able to stay for long. Although Dortmund is a good team, their recent performance looks very good, but due to the lack of suitable players in the team, they will not be able to survive in the top position. Since the team is currently winning every match, due to which they are in the top position of the points table, but anyway, I also think that when they face strong teams, they can collapse. And Bayern Munich will definitely fight with more excitement later to expand their dominance and go to their top position, they deserve to win the title. And Dortmund will not be able to survive by competing with Bayern Munich, we can guess.

There is no denying that the budget surplus has made it even more difficult for others to challenge the champions in their quest for the national championship title. With capital flexibility, it becomes easier for a team to raid another team of its star players, thus developing a gap that will take quite some time before someone else challenges.
It's true that the richness of clubs is an advantage that could help them sort for expensive and exceptional talents. But this is not always the case, and it has never been the yardstick to win the trophy or hold that top spots in football. There are many factors that contribute to a club winning a title, and the manager and financial strength are certainly important factors as well. But there are other things to consider, such as the club’s long term goals. For example, Dortmund have less financial power than Bayern, yet they have consistently managed to develop young talent. But, they have struggled to win titles because Dortmund have often sold their best players for financial reasons.

You must have seen the matches of the 2023/24 season. Leverkusen was the best example in that season. Leverkusen not only beat Bayern to win the title, but also finished the Bundesliga season unbeaten. If you take the example of Leverkusen, it is clear that it is possible to stop Bayern with good recruitment, coaching and squad stability. Although, due to Bayern's dominance for so long, it is natural that the Bundesliga sometimes seems one-sided from the outside. Speaking of Dortmund, they finished second last season and have started well this season by winning all four of their first league matches. That is why I think the problem is more in the financial ability to maintain the squad than in ambition.

In all sincerity, Dortmund has always been a selling club but they are also considered giants in the league. No doubt they normally sell their best players or high potential players to make profits but they are sitting at the top of the table for winning games, not for selling players. They don't need to buy overpriced or big name players to dominate the pitch because they always have a very formidable tactical system.

You are very funny for saying that Arsenal faced easier opponents in the Champions league last season. Are you trying to say that from the league phase till the final day that Arsenal never faced any big team except PSG at the final? I will leave you to do the research yourself. Arsenal's consistency in the Champions league was what saw them through to the final stage, it wasn't because they met mediocre teams. If Bayern Munich wants to win the Champions League this season, they will have to give up the Bundesliga so that they can give all their energy in the UCL matches otherwise they might still not win the Champions League even though they have the squad to actualize it.
