Dortmund has made a strong start and is even two points ahead of Bayern, but everyone knows how the race will end - Dortmund's chances of winning are rated at 8.40. Even the statistics show who looks stronger: Bayern has a goal difference of +12, while Dortmund’s is +7. I’m certainly not trying to talk you out of placing a bet, but personally, I bet on Bayern.

I also naturally believe in Bayern Munich that they will be the champions, Bayer Leverkusen were champions in the 23-24 season, then in the 24-25 season they were in second place, and last season they were in 6th place. Bayer Leverkusen is not a bad team, but at the moment they are not strong enough to be champions, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are much stronger than them, and so naturally I think Bayern Munich will be the champions this season too. As a strong team as Bayern Munich is currently, they will definitely win the Bundesliga title and at the same time they have a lot of chances in the Champions League for a very good position in there. At the moment, no other team has much more chances than Bayern Munich to win the Bundesliga title, but in comparison, Bayern Munich is expected to dominate the Champions League as well and from this we can understand very well how strong a team they really are. Also, Borussia Dortmund is currently stronger than Bayer Leverkusen, so if we talk about the chances of any team other expect Bayern Munich, then Borussia Dortmund will be ahead then Leverkusen.

I would add that Leverkusen became champions in a style seen only once every 50 years - a feat impossible to surpass. They went the entire season without a single defeat, in fact, across all competitions combined, they suffered only one loss (in the Europa League final). It’s madness. Yes, I understand that going unbeaten doesn't guarantee a title (as happened last season with Benfica and Al-Hilal), but Leverkusen had no trouble winning matches. Dortmund doesn't look like a club capable of such a miracle. As for the Champions League, you might be surprised, but the main favorite right now is Barcelona

The odds of 1.59 is not low on a BTTS option, and as a matter of fact, it's one of the good options that would boost a ticket safely. I believe bookies must have done their algorithmic tracing/arithmetics before arriving at that odds, and the surer it is, the lower the odds, and even still, it doesn't reflect how sure it is most times by the way they allot reasonable odds, compared to 1x2, win or draw, etc.

But we still need to be careful so we don’t choose the wrong option. The idea that a more certain result usually comes with lower odds is worth keeping in mind, because low odds can sometimes be misleading. We also need to consider how the match actually develops.

For example, a team might still be 0-0 after 70 minutes, but if they are dominating possession and creating more shots on target, they can still find a goal in the final minutes.

The same thing could happen in Dortmund vs Werder, where Dortmund might be the only team to score. They are playing at home and have only conceded two goals so far. But I’m sure most people would still go for BTTS yes because it looks like the safer and more convincing option, without considering some other factors.

The playing style of Dortmund currently does not even befits a team that is ready to go unbeaten or even stand a very good chance at the title. They are doing well now but I still doubt their consistency and how proven they can be the best choice for the Bundesliga title. Bayern Leverkusen was great, they were very exceptional I all ramifications and that title was well deserving for them. The Europa League final loss was not even enough to see them as a loser, they went the whole season playing perfectly, and not deserving of condemnation because they didn’t win the Europa League title. Let’s see how far Dortmund can go, but I don’t have much confidence in them making it to the final stages and still maintaining the top of the table.

Borussia Dortmund may seem strong at the moment, but they are very weak in consistency. Dortmund has a strong team every season, but that strong performance does not last long. Even every season, they regularly weaken their team by selling potential star players, in the last transfer market they sold Karim Adeyemi who is performing great in Barcelona. Maybe in the winter transfer market they will sell some potential star players and weaken the team again and its performance will deteriorate. So I never put Dortmund in the possibility of winning the title.

What happened that season in the Bundesliga doesn't come regularly, Xabi Alonso can't still be forgotten in the history of Leverkusen, not that they played undefeated in that season they also won the Bundesliga tittle from Bayern Munich who has been dominating the league.

Borussia Dortmund don't look like team that can come up with such unbelievable display besides Bayern Munich won't even allow them win the Bundesliga, infact for now and some seasons to come i don't think any team will win the Bundesliga tittle when Bayern Munich is still playing the game. Barcelona could win the Champions league but it's not what we can talk about for now.

Borussia Dortmund is on an excellent winning streak of six matches, so it is clear they are in great form. I expect Dortmund to win this matchand they will certainly score, but I’m not so confident about Werder doing the same, therefore I probably wouldn't bet on both teams to score here. It is also worth noting that Borussia Dortmund has an away Champions League match coming up against Bodø/Glimt, so I don't expect many goals from them in the game against Werder either.

After days of waiting since our discussion on this topic, the match is finally taking place tomorrow, less than 24 hours. There are a lot of changes in the odds now if we compare it to the last time I provided an infographic.

1. Odds for Borussia Dortmund to win are getting lower, which shows their chances of winning are getting stronger.
2. Odds for BTTS "Yes" have also risen, indicating growing confidence in the BTTS outcome.

I really want to see how the match turns out. TBH, I placed a bet on Borussia Dortmund to win, placed it early & got better odds than what's available now.

They are in great sha no lies, but taking all three points from Dortmund at Signal Iduna Park what I can say is that it is easier said than done, to me Werder recent structure is a bit encouraging, but playing Dortmund at home can be a very very though one but if Werder can stay focus and make use of take their chances it will be a sweet one.

I like how you put it as fun fact because that's what it is obviously. We both know Dortmund can't make a difference this season. This is Dortmund usual way and I'm not move by it all because it's just temporary. With time now, they'll drop down and start fighting for a spot in the champions league. Bayern Munich may not be perfect but they're experienced and have that winning mentality that allow them to conquer this league every year. To be honest, I would love to see another champion too in the Bundesliga but I don't see Dortmund in the picture of teams that can stop bayern at the moment.

Hope you are aware that Dortmund are unbeaten in their last 4 league games too and currently sitting on the top position. If any team is taking 3 points tomorrow, it should be Dortmund. Werder Bremen have no chance in winning Dortmund away. The last time Bremen defeated Dortmund in signal park was 2022. Even if they met again in the DFB Pokal, Dortmund would still woop them. With the way Dortmund have started this season beautifully, I hope they can maintain that form and challenge Bayern Munich for the Bundesliga, but they are not  reliable. I am sure when the season has gotten further, they will start losing points anyhow. Currently Dortmund have the mentality of a small team, last time they challenged for the league was 4 years ago, I hope they can put more effort in this season campaign.

You said nothing about Dortmund, who didn't lose any points out of the possible 12 points; they started the season really well. They are about to make some Bundesliga fans happy if they can win ahead of Bayern Munich, but it looks like it's just initial form, but against Bremen, I am in full support of Dortmund because they are just looking for a way to give Bayern some gaps; they need every possible point they can grab. It will be a stright win for Dortmund, in my opinion, because they have a good team and are in good form.

I just want jahead to keep dreaming okay. I want to believe he’s just a Bremen Werner fan that’s just trying to give himself some hope. Well, it’s allowed since it’s a game and the result can only be known after the game is played. However, if we want to look at the two teams and predict which should win the game, we all know it can’t be werders, looking at the two teams, Dortmund have started the season perfectly well with a 4/4 win and currently seating at the top of the table ahead of even Bayern, while werder have not done so well. They only managed to win two games, drew one and lost the other one. This should tell which team is in a better shape actually.

I also went through their H2H in the last 10 meetings between the two teams, werders have only managed to win only 1 game and draw 2 games against Dortmund in the last 10 meetings. Tomorrow might just extend Dortmund winning even the bookies  do not consider werder as any threat to Dortmund. But if you’re sure about it then you can actually bank on that sharp 9 odd given to werder with some dollars, but trust me you gonna lose it man.

Having big names in your squad is difficult from having a good team. Sometimes when there's no good understanding between the players it would even become a limitation. If you have these list of players you mentioned, without good management, you may never win anything. Remember the days of PSG having Messi, Neymar and Mbappe, even though they won the league as usual, but they still couldn't win a champions league. If you compare the PSG team that won their champions League to the squad they had between 2021 and 2023 you will notice that it's not only about having the big names, knowing how to use them is what really matters.

The German league is dead because there is just one team that is able to make big steps. All others are not.

This is true also but we can't deny the tactical prowess of their managers. Based on the team that Bayern Munich always maintained, no other team is supposed to win the league in the Bundesliga, but we saw Bayern Leverkusen who broke the streak and won the league in style. I'm not making having enough good players in a team very insignificant but I'm focusing more on the management of those players.

I think I disagree here because at a certain level, the team understands each other blindly. Yes you need team spirit to be successful long-term, but if you have a team like PSG or Barcelona right now, these guys blindly know what to do, it is all automatic. How much does Hansi Flick really have to tell his players? Or other outstanding teams, I don't think there is too much coaching involved. It reminds me of a coach who talked about Messi and he said something like "do you really think I need to tell Messi what to do?". I think that is true for the best of the best, there isn't much you can tell them.

It's not always easy to go to, the signs Iduna park and get all three points away from Dortmund. Dortmund are always not easy to beat when they are playing at home which will be a very good advantage for Dortmund. These two teams are in great shape ever since the in start of this current season, the best option to play is both teams to score because the two sides are playing an attack minded teams.

Dortmund needs to be very careful in this game because, the opposition that they are coming to face is not an easy one . Again they need to win as many games that are possible in this early stages of the season.

Indeed Dortmund always try to be among of the best teams but their problems is that they cannot maintain their consistency. If not with the way their leading top of standings now they suppose hold it tight till end of season, but the issues is that Bayern Munich pressure is enough to make the top of table to be so difficult for them to maintain. Their points gap between  Bayern Munich is just 2 points, and Bayern Munich don’t want to give up for them so in this case if Dortmund really want to remain in this top of league; they have to tight more of their belts to continue win their games to make their dreams come to fruition.

Are you saying that the only club on the Bundesliga who have not lost to any team is performing unstable?, the only team with equal or more performance than Borussia Dortmund is Bayern Munich and aside from them there is know other club, although I'm not debating on the title because I already know that it belongs to there regular club but when it comes to good position Borussia Dortmund will definitely have a higher seat on the league because in any league they started competitive they remain the same till the end of the season. Meanwhile the only competition in this table is just between them and Bayern Munich because the other two clubs on the blue zone does not have the capacity.

Without facing Bayern or Leipzig and Leverkusen, they can lose even to a smaller team, whenever they play against tougher teams their strength just drop completely but we shouldn't write them off this season because they haven't shown us that bad side or disappointing side of them, maybe we are going to see a more impressive performance from them this season. They are going to play against Werder Bremen which could be a work over for them, I'm just saying base on how aggressive Dortmund are in recent games of this season, I don't know if they can initiate that same energy in this game then it will be nothing to struggle against the visiting team.

I would have loved it too but it seems Dortmund and Bayern leverkusen aren't ready yet. They can't win the title with the level of unseriousness that I'm seeing from them. Borusia Dortmund are nonchalant that is why they can win the title. They obviously have good players but they aren't serious. if borrusia Dortmund can be serious for once and stop selling their important players,I believe they can match Bayern munich in terms of squad depth. Dortmund is the only team that can go head to head against Bayern munich, leverkusen was able to win the title when xabi alonso was still their coach,i believe dortmund can also win if they are serious about it.

The Germany Bundesliga League are usually quite boring when it comes to the team on winning the title as Bayern Munich are highly likely to be the winner of the trophy again. The team qualities between Bayern Munich and other Germany football teams are quite wide in range and hopefully Borussia Dortmund could be a strong competitor to compete with Bayern Munich for the title this season. With 4 wins in a row for Borussia Dortmund, I believe the chances for Borussia Dortmund to continue their winning streaks are high as Werder Bremen will be missing quite a number of key players in this upcoming match.
