Thing is, unless we have a clear 5 wave from a low or bottom, in EW theory, the bottom is not yet in. Which is why, after an A-B - C(that splits into 1,2,3,4,5), you must move in the opposite direction!

This already happened at the top. So we have an example to draw from

Hi Africoin, thanks for the great thread. Just wanted to drop by, say hi, and let you know I appreciate what you do, and the confidence with which you put yourself out there. 

For me I'm not ready yet to look at things like trend reversal or lows as far as you are suggesting however its good to acquaint myself with those possibilities. Personally I'm still OK with my bullish stance in bitcoin, at least for now, and wondering if the fork drama is all a bit overblown. Daily MACD also crossing up about now.

Also I'm quite curious to know why you don't trade any alts? Perhaps the volatility and pump, dump manipulations ?

I'm a believer in them myself, (although not all of them of course). But I tend to think that bitcoin diminishing in relevance in the entire crypto universe isn't a bad thing. To me it seems bitcoin cannot be everything or the one crypto to rule them all and in the darkness bind them. But it has opened the pandoras box and still very relevant as the reserve crytpo currency and still the king. I don't think it will ever fade to irrelevance. But it can't be denied surely there are many crypto out there already filling niches better than bitcoin. 

I use Bitstamp and Kraken

I would definitely trade ETH and if they had it listed.

After the dust settles, i will try out Poloniex trading alts

My main reason though, is i am trying to perfect trading BTC. I believe BTC will be digital gold. I want to be an expert on it.

I like you charts, in fact, i was a regular reader of your wordpress blog and frequenter of your thread. I remember you stuck to your guns on a bitcoin bull trend back in 2015 into 2016. Fork charts.

I do not think the fork drama is over. In fact, from where I am, and how i am analyzing the situation, it looks like it took a break for a while and is now rekindling.


Please share and continue to share your charts and analysis here. I have no objection to alternative analysis. Just ask to peace, love, U-N-I-T-Y, R-E-S-P-E-C-T and bitcoins.

Yes i also expect ETH to make a big downmove. But ETC grewscale trustfund will launch this saturday, by Barry Silbert. So I expect that ETC will go high and the ratio between ETC and ETH will decrease.
