Blocktimes seem very slow, yes. There's quite a low nethash on this coin right now and this is probably due to the difficulty algorithm taking awhile to readjust downward after a higher hashrate at launch.

It is slow because the coin has been designed by the Dev to be hostile in resistance to rise and fall style miners and Multipools.
A steady global hashrate which should eventually happen overtime will see the blocks become more consistent.
I do have to point out that 7 mins per block is quite long but it helps to increase security against mining based attacks.
I for one think this coin is a breath of fresh air and for once we have a coin released with no pre-mine, no ICO or IPO rubbish.
This is just a straight up coin release and then mine away until it moves to POS with 3% interest which is a sensible amount.
It seems to me that this Dev has spent a decent amount of time thinking at least the development area of this coin out and it should pay off.
I will be investing once it gets on a decent and secure enough exchange.
This coin will need services though. (I can help with this if needed.)

Thanks CaptChadd for your kind words. Yes I wanted this coin to be a NO BS coin and to really contribute to what it's supposed to be. OPENED, PUBLIC, and accessible for everyone even those who put away their old mining rigs because they had to invest a lot just to keep up with the market. This will allow all of you hardcore miners and noobs to break out that old mining rig thats been sitting on the shelf collecting dust. Cheers all and get mining :-)

Thanks. The project will only work if enough people will mine to keep a steady incline. I notice people tend to hit it hard then stop and try to wait till difficulty goes down however it does not always work with this way. Slow and steady wins the race.

Anyone willing to test out a new mining pool for INFX. It's just INFX and nothing else. I need a few testers so I can look at the backend of the system. I will give you some INFX for helping test this out. Thanks guys I'ts using NOMP go to http://www.cryptominers.xyz
