Do you have to get others to vote for your miner or can you vote for yourself? How many votes do you need to get for rewards?

For those who participated in the ICO and use Google Aunthenticator, or Authy. Make sure you back the key for such software. Wouldn't want your phone to die and for it to be lost.

What are you talking about? It has 5 free votes and 0.014 in BTC so 19 in total. No one is voting that for a good reason.

When will Google Authenticator be available for reclaiming the Decent?

Is reclaiming after the launch of the mainnet tomorrow still possible?

I just read the mail which I got to start the reclaiming process but I could do it not before Saturday and I do not want to provide a mobile phone number.

IMPORTANT! you must use the ICO Reclaim BEFORE you log on to the DECENT Network. If you don't there will be issues.

there is currently no deadline. but please reclaim before using DECENT Network.

Google auth is now available. So you can now use that for 2FA.

Stop writing about this fraudulent market

C-Cex is nothing more than just a horrible joke why people looking forward to make it list there. Today future of this project will be decided after launch of the mainnet.

If this is DPOS, does that mean non-miners  - i.e. those that can vote for a delegate but not mine directly - get a share of the delegates profits?

I read all the WIKI.DECENT.CH material but I did not find this information either. The miners are also called delegates under DPoS. Delegates are elected by DCT holders.

For example: Under DPoS, can someone with 1,000 DCT be rewarded?

By reading the material, he could only vote (unless he gets voted by some whales, which he probably won't). So the only one who receives a share are the miners (delegates). This person with 1,000 DCT will most likely end up making zero DCT (no incentive at all) by being a node.

Can someone explain it, please?

Does anyone understand how DPoS can be "staked", so that small and medium DCT holders get their part in rewards? Under PoS it is quite simple. But DPoS is quite different, because only delegates may gain DCT...
I think nobody understands this problem, it's all just a team that knows more about this, why do not you ask directly to a team that knows more about it more deeply ...

DPoS is working like LPoS from WAVES or like DPoW from Komodo?... and which is more profitable, seeding or mining from the start?

@DECENT - can you please respond. How does Decent DPOS work?
For example with ARK I can vote for a delegate and they reward their voters with a % of the Staking profits. Will this be the same here? How many delegates are there going to be? Without some reward for the voters, what is the incentive for  smaller fishes to vote or contribute (they may as well keep their coins in cold storage).

The Sourcecode is brand new so no exchange willl add it in the next weeks.
First it needs to be verified.
I think next exchanges we will see in 1 to 3 months

They could work behind the scene with Bittrex for example. Like Waves did.

Decent participated in nearly every blockchain event in the last months. I am sure they are in contact with the most important exchanges.

Let us just wait what happens in the next hours. I am sure there will be some technical difficulties (there always are in crypto), some mix ups, some rumours, many people compaining, some "to the moon" and some "scam!!". It would not be fun without these things, right? Smiley
