My best guess is that while we can download the GUI, accounts and keys cant be generated until DecentGO releases.

This is based off of this line: "DECENT GO, the web-based application of DECENT Network, will be released later today. We will inform you about this step instantly via our official social media channels and discussion forums. Once DECENT GO is launched, the users will be able to create accounts."

Beyond that, it seems we wont be able to receive our tokens for another 7 days: "Please note: It may take up to 7 working days from the date of your account creation to finalized the transfer of your DCT balance. So please, do not worry, if your balance is not displayed immediately when the account is created. In this, we must ask you for patience, as we are doing this for your own protection."

I hope they release everyone's coins at once instead of in staggered batches as to keep things fair.

Yes. Decent is setting up everything right now and more info follows in the next minutes/hours. We will be able to register to get a key and transfer our coins to the platform.
