My gut feel tells me that both decent ICO and BCT are being DDoSed. There might be a group that pointed their botnets to these sites to that one or more of the following can happen:

1) Unavailability of the ICO site except for the group that can send through a lot of BTC to fill up the 50% bonus
2) DDoS the ICO site so that while attention is diverted they can inject the real payload to compromise the server and later get hold of the deposited BTC
3) DDoS BCT at the same time to disrupt communications and co-ordination around issues people have with the ICO to hide the size of the issue and to cause disarray

How would they get a hold of the deposited BTC? The Devs would have the keys.

If the attackers did indeed inject a payload into the server of the site, they could easily take control of the Pkeys of the wallet if it was hosted on the same server. Hopefully, the site team practiced good op sec and have taken precautions against this, but it is always a possibility. If the attackers managed to inject a small shell into the server, anything on that server would be compromised.

I'd like an answer to that question. Where are the keys to the wallet being held at this moment?

I believe it's a coinbase wallet.

The only false promises to the people, it was unsuccessful game Decent Foundation running. Bcz already ICO start up false down.

many off were waiting for good start with DECENT project but Decent failed to fulfill commitments.

Better way to stay away from becoming scam or invest amount which you can afford to lose.

I'm here to approve that I received the confirmation email and already sent BTC to their address.  The system works fine for me except I didn't see my total DCT yet.

To see the changed DCT balance you need to log out and login back.
However, some issues are still being fixed

No whales kindly check for details with transaction details none of small amount showing in transaction its just making people scam and fascinate to invest higher amount to invest so that dev and team can easily ran away !
