Not a chance, too much effort just for it to be a scam. 

They raised a lot of money, so all that effort could be worth it. But with the work gone in to this effort, with a working early demos, all the interviews, meet up, promotion, public faces that has met with a lot of 3rd parties, logo creation, company registration, etc. Might as well create what they set out for.

I completely agree with that, Waves does it so much.

It's showing the company's credibility and how many there responsibility about their statement.
It's will having a good deal if they put the stakes of everyone.
Just wait it until next week is coming.

That's so simple, fake coins and fake price  , it's happened with ICCN in liqui before, you can pay them at first with 20 k satoshi at first place of iou in there but after ico get to end and the price is increasing over 500% and although that's so different with a real life or fact if the price of icn is always dropped every time. and that's so bad.

Don't worry too much, IOU's are eventualy good PR, it shows intrest in the crypto society.
Don't buy them though.....
