If it is true that you indeed carried the signature for 7 weeks, it is foolish of you to remove the signature without getting instruction to do so from the Decent team, You have only yourself to blame. I hope you won't be that foolish with Ark campaign

With Ark, I read the bounty blog and you have to check in every week in a dedicated thread.
With Lisk, the community manager checked every week the signature.

The signature removal was indeed never explicitely addressed in the rules, there was not a specific form to fill for leaving the campaign (or any other instructions concerning that). Moreover, DECENT asked the participants to keep it until the necessary checkings were done (once the ICO ended) and yes the checkings were not done every week (which is very unfortunate). So I don't know if you'll be able to get the bounty :/

Edit: maybe DECENT is talking about filling the appeal form that was available during the campaign ... If this is the case, it wasn't very clear that a participant should fill it upon removal of the sig.

When the campaign started we shared all the necessary documents with it e.g. sign up form, rank change form etc including the appeal form, where you should include all the individual requests about the campaign. However contact our campaign manager and explain him the situation, if you have any proof that you had the signature in your profile (such as message where you discussed signature removal with our team or so) there is still a possibility to adjust the list.

And 1300 BTC was moved from the escrow address according to ico terms,that is 20%. for development purpose DECENT can move up to 20% collected fund right after the ico.
