Please be aware of those guys. I have been trying to get their support in turning off 2FA on the ICO account for 3 months now. No success at all, they very not helpful and replied very little. I will not have access to my email soon so it looks like all the coins I have invested will be lost without me being able to access it. Their certificate is expired also so can't access the page at all now. That doesn't feel correct at all!
Is there maybe anyone from DECENT who would be able/willing to help me with the 2FA issue? Did you try approaching the guys via Slack? No I haven't but its good idea. Whats their slack channel please? |

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

I joint during ICO, it was not much activity, it looks like a dead slack, I have asked questions there but no one answered. |

I'm still waiting on a response from decent about my signature campaign. My account was flagged because I signed up at the same time as someone who was registering several accounts. Pmed decent a few times, no response.

Hello https://ico.decent.ch/ is working correctly again. Regarding the 2FA issue, it cannot be deactivated in general. We will solve individual cases as soon as possible. Please keep this conversation via our emails ico@decent.ch |

So that's late March early April. Hope that's the case. |
