In general DECENT is blockchain-based content distribution network, with three functional roles:
Content producers - produce and upload the content
Content consumers - buy the content and rate the authors
Miners/Seeders (or publishers in DECENT terminology)

We use a modified BitTorrent protocol and our own blockchain mechanism for data security, reputation records etc.

i have problems logging into the ico site. I have 2FA enabled, after logging in with username and pass there should be a verification code to my mailadress (still up to date). But i didn´t recieve any verification code, nor in postbox or in spam folders. Checked it several times.

I dont see him clarifying anything. Short-term, he lost money on building DAPPS for this futile shitcoin. Long-term, he missed on a perfect investment opportunity.

Team should employ a communication manager/representative to ease communication with the community. Everything is as to what i see based more on conference time and advertisement. The community is the 1st people who make a project worth. So better invest in that. I would

What have they delayed? They've bee here giving news, including how the testnet is being launched between quarter 1 and quarter 2. They even sent an update email I believe yesterday.

No, this can not be allowed. Some people create a lot of fake pages and just get the money, taking them in honest people. It is necessary to do that would take into account while creating the page. There must be some sort of activity, and not just a blank page.

I think dev counted all bounty because we pressured him to do it so early.if dev want we can try to find some fake accounts among that huge list.i can do that for a little reward,the list is huge.so if decent want to recruit some one to find fake/spammy account,i can do that within 48hours.
