Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

I'm still not on the FB bounty list, let me ask. All I did was follow and like the Decent page, did that qualify? I did that at the beginning of the campaign. Also, isn't there a newsletter bounty?

Any news on Windows testnet?
I live in a very poor country, will it support Windows 95?
jk.
I don't think so. it is almost impossible. Windows 95 is totally dead. It is very strange you are still using windows 95. Windows 95 is a quality operating system here in my native Ugander. It's all relative, and you would agree with me if you never experience Windows 98, ME, XP, Vista, 7, and so on. I'm only joking, the JK in my original post means "just kidding."

When we can expect a list for the newsletter subscription?
I dont think there is gonna be one because that's releasing too much personal information. I wouldn't want my email released to the public. Has been done before with a list of encrypted addresses. I forgot which ICO did it, but it was kinda neat: They would say "take you mail address and the salt, put it in this encrypter, see if the resulting hash is on the list". Worked quite well, as far as I remember.

there is 323 pages. All people asking when will be the distribution done? if the beta doesnt release about a month, noone trust the project
I don't see people asking when the distribution will be done, since it's been schedule for Junes for months, and the test net came out around March 11. The launch was actually pushed back more than once...these guys can wotrk but obviously needs to work on their time estimations....

Since the ICO, it has been repeated hundreds of times throughout this thread that the release of the Decent will be Q1/Q2 of 2017.

How about twitter and facebook, are we going to receive email to claim them? I'm not sure if I still have the passwords of the email I use to register on facebook and twitter.

No, you don't need to fill anything to claim the bounties. The Appeal form is for those users who believe there was some mistake made within the counts. All participants will be contacted with further information on how to claim it later on.

Since before the ICO started, the schedule has been q1/q2. Here's a link to the roadmap listed during the ICO http://decent.ch/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/roadmap.png Roadmap uploaded August 2016. Everything is still on schedule, with a Q2 release. I don't understand why some people, who I guess visit once in a while feel that this coin was supposed to launch last December or so.

Are the test results of the network?
Sorry? Anyway, I still want to know whether there will be a second, a third and a fourth stage of tests. April is almost over and all we saw was Caesar (scheduled for February).

I have a business strategy/proposal for Decent which I believe would...
A.) Increase interest/media attention for the Decent project B.) Increase the value of DCT (even before it releases) C.) Raise more capital for the Decent project to continue development D.) Bolster good faith with/support from the community
It's a bit unorthodox (though withholding ICO dispersement for two years is as well) so bear with me...
I believe Decent should run the world's first #ReICO. Given so much time has passed, I believe two facts to be true. Foremost many people are antsy to have their money, but simultaneously, Decent has made a great deal of progress.
With those facts in mind, If Decent were to allow users to sign up to return their ICO-purchased coins, those users would at minimum have the opportunity to benefit from the rise in the value of BTC since they first purchased and would no longer have to hold such a currently illiquid asset. Decent could then keep track the number of coins returned and Re-ICO these coins to a new round of investors.
As this second round would have a more limited supply of coins (as most original ICO participants will likely hodl) and there is hopefully a great deal of traction to attest to DCTs higher value, it is likely new investors will invest more BTC to be split over a smaller total coin supply and the second (or Re-ICO) would close with DCT at an even greater value than the first ICO.
In addition, beyond serving as a very marketable event for media attention, I would assume that the added bump to Decent's BTC reserve (at a time when BTC is nearly at an ATH) from this second round of funding would more than outweigh any loses taken through reimbursing original ICO participants, thus giving the DCT project added capital.
Food for thought...
Anyone, please feel free to comment/chime in and lets post a #ReICO if you agree with the general sentiment so we can be sure this proposal isn't lost in the thread before the devs can see/consider.
