Go to the support.hashflare.io and create a ticket. We will solve your problem asap Are there any chances that in the future you made market for purchase / sale contracts? or at least mining power? We've already put "market" in our to-do-list. Unfortunately I can tell you nothing about deadlines right now

Hi, I've looked at your pictures, are you still using only the old Ares machines? Did your manufacturing people ever make any Zeus? What about the Uranus, they look pretty cool, did they ever get the problem sorted out? Licensing or certification, wasn't it?
Only asking (nicely) because, although Estonia seems to have cheap power, aren't your margins pretty thin using old hardware, especially with your 10% referral system and one off discounts like your Black Friday 25%?

Hi everyone! First of all, really sorry for last night troubles with web-site. Due to a server-side technical issue, HashFlare was not available until Nov 30, 04:44 GMT. The mining process was not affected. Hi, I've looked at your pictures, are you still using only the old Ares machines? Hmmm...do you know better asic miners for scrypt? Did your manufacturing people ever make any Zeus? What about the Uranus, they look pretty cool, did they ever get the problem sorted out? Licensing or certification, wasn't it? Oh sorry, can't help you here. Could you please ask HashCoins team about that? You can send an email on info@hashcoins.comOnly asking (nicely) because, although Estonia seems to have cheap power, aren't your margins pretty thin using old hardware, especially with your 10% referral system and one off discounts like your Black Friday 25%? Yes, the equipment is not the newest one, but it is still quite effective for mining and brings profit for us and for our users. In addition, we have already begun planning replacement of the current equipment with the new range of models.

Just took a dive in, and purchased some Scrypt hash. So far everything seems straight forward, and a good service. Will update as time goes on, and daily payments are made but so far so good!
Are the prices currently listed the sales prices from Black Friday, or are they your normal rates now? If there was another deal for Cyber Monday I would most likely add to my small 20 Mh/s.
Edit: Dang, price went back up to $8.90 per Mh. I should have gotten more at the $6.66 mark!

the thing which concerns me, hashflare and hashcoins are the same and everything on hashcoins is vapoware. (i only checked scrypt) None of the Miner exist and are all Pre-order. (even when it claim's that the miner will be in Q3/2015 available) So how legit is hashflare then?

They seem to have plenty of Ares 256 Scrypt miners up in a data center from Hashcoins instagram https://www.instagram.com/hashcoins/Idk how much hash they have, or how to prove they are still running but it looks like they have the hardware to back it if you ask me. As far as shipping to the general public, I have no stance on that as I have never seen someone outside of the company with a miner.

The pic only prooves, that they have a black metal box with fans and a sticker with a number on it. But it's the only company i know where you get an invoice per mail, that is correct to the law. Also you can pay via many methods and it's trusted by many mebers so i decided to onvest a small amount. @HashFlare: Are you planning to upgrade the current contracts with the newer hardware, so the fees are decreasing or are there new contracts then?

Dang, price went back up to $8.90 per Mh. I should have gotten more at the $6.66 mark! We have recently rolled out Cyber Week discounts, you can learn more about it here. Certainly, the discount is not as big as Black Friday discounts, but still it’s better than nothing. the thing which concerns me, hashflare and hashcoins are the same and everything on hashcoins is vapoware. (i only checked scrypt) None of the Miner exist and are all Pre-order. (even when it claim's that the miner will be in Q3/2015 available) At the moment, HashCoins LLC experiences some changes. As far as I know all the relevant information on the website will be updated. Since I am working with HashFlare project I do not possess all the information about the operations of HashCoins. If you have any questions about all of this, please send a message to info@hashcoins.com. As far as shipping to the general public, I have no stance on that as I have never seen someone outside of the company with a miner. Here's a post from one of the HashCoins clients: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1164418.msg12788987#msg12788987i have to say its now been a full year since iv been mining with hashcoins and they have been the most honest and upfront mining firm iv delt with
all other companies turned out to be scams Sad
i initially had the miners delivered so i used hem physically but then sent them back to run in their data center turned out much cheaper and easier (Ares for scrypt and also sha256 on cloud)
the best part i can phone just about any time if i have any questions.
@HashFlare: Are you planning to upgrade the current contracts with the newer hardware, so the fees are decreasing or are there new contracts then? As I’ve already mentioned in one of my previous posts, we have already begun to replace our current equipment with more energy-efficient equipment. This will allow us to reduce the maintenance fees for everyone (both new users and existingg users). Unfortunately, at the moment I can’t provide you with exact dates when this is going to happen.

It only has to happen Thanks a lot for your great service.

Are we to understand that Hashcoin are only building miners for Hashflare? They seem to have nothing on their site for general sale.
