Self-Custody is a right. Say no to"Non-custodial"

My initial and layman's reading of this overview article of the Lumino project seems like a good alternative to seg wit that would allow scaling (seemingly more than 30x increasing number on chain transactions).

1) Self-Custody is a right. There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted." 2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized. 3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

Don't get tired, my dear Fakhoury, because the reality of the matter is that some of those big blocker folks do not have the interest of bitcoin at heart, and they have turned big blocker things into governance questions and personality and power issues. So some of the folks in that BU camp are not really looking for solutions but instead want to muddy the water and stir shit and they don't even care if there are some better and reasonable solutions. Therefore, I think that we have to continue to expect some folks to continue to dramatize and to attempt sabotage, influence and relevance. On the other hand, it seems that we are just hearing about this Lumino project thingie majigie and it will be completely great if we can experience some progress and maybe even some new thinking about incorporating some alternative solutions that kind of squelches some of the technical inferior, threats to decentralization and misleading BU nonsense.

https://coin.dance/volume/localbitcoins/CNYChina Local bitcoins volume went balistic. Expect it to be the target of the PBoC's disaproving gaze next! Problem is: How? Exchanges are a fixed point to concentrate on whereas LBC is not really. They could block it at the great firewall level like they do with other sites they don't want coming through. But.. look at that chart...

I trust Sergio and the RSK team, in Bitcoin, we've some of the prettiest minds in the world !!! Totally agree my close friend, JJG. Well said. Whatever the scaling solution is, what matter is the progression, we need to progress and keep moving, still a lot of issues needs to be addressed. https://coin.dance/volume/localbitcoins/CNYChina Local bitcoins volume went balistic. I doubt they can make anything to LBC, the best could be firewalling them and arresting some of the traders there. Don't forget that we've Bitsquare as well. The idea can't be killed my dear brother, when the idea is born (Bitcoin), it gets born with wings, so it flies and impossible to be killed.
