Thanks for taking the initiative on posting some bullish news, Meuh.

Regarding the content of the above-posted article, I am kind of wondering how any kind of compliance is even possible.

Bitcoin is based on a kind of trustless, free market competition model, so when folks find loopholes, then tweaking probably needs to be in the context of attempting to change the incentives, rather than attempting to get any kind of compliance (whether voluntary or otherwise)

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

It seems like good news; however, don't we have to take these kinds of announcements with a kind of grain of salt..

I mean, believe it when we see it, no?

Good news to some and not to some.  I suppose it depends on how you view the ETF the Winklevoss Twins tried to get approved by the SEC:
