Yobit wallet is in maintenance for a very long time, that's why you didn't get your coins. I cannot be 100% sure it is the case (unless you post the TX ID of that transaction), but with 99% probability it is. You need to contact Yobit support and make sure they enable their STEPS wallet. They are not really responsive unfortunately, and there is a big chance they will not answer and you'll lose your coins. But hey, you could try. Good luck with that! |
