First things first they need something that they can use to go online. Then they need knowledge for that. Who will be the one teaching them? The government? I doubt that.

The golden rule of living your life in this world is about adaptation , if you cant adapt then you will surely be the victim of this harsh worlds. If government will switch to online payment then they need to provide education for the people as well because it is essential for them to learn on how to use it properly

yes when government adopt it then will educate people about it,
but it need education now, because of it, bitcoin will gets some support and will get some strength, and bitcoin will have a good fture with that.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Do you really think that Government will adapt or support bitcoin in future? Government don't need to support it, even if bitcoin doesn't survive it won't make any difference to their power and control that they have on paper money.

we are now in a digital revolution it will accept degital payment like they accept other degital goods. if bitcoin continu to grow it is 100% government will accepted. if all business accept bitcoin as a payment. it will be an obligation for the government to accepte that.
digital is always beter and it is the future.

Something having value does my create a necessity for the government to accept it as payment. See gold, for example. Used to back the money, then the government banned it. They don't have to accept Bitcoin for the same reason they don't accept gold: it's a threat to fiat if they can't control it.

Paper money will have not that bad future, there are also a lot of people that is still using paper money in the future and that is not that bad because they dont even know what Bitcoin is.
Especially the older generation people dont know what Bitcoin or digital money is and how to use it.

I have a different opinion on this we can not fight of the times phone keypad is becoming obsolete. many people prefer to use a touchscreen phone. maybe I would analogize like that.
I'm sure fiat would have a different version of paper money. I cannot predict the future of paper money

Andrew Haldane said one solution would be for the Bank of England to issue a state-backed digital currency based on bitcoin. Supporting this initiative would be a negative interest rate levied on paper currency relative to the digital currency, with these measures do you think there is more possibilities that sometime:

Paper money will be banned entirely?
How long do you think that happens?
would it work?
What security and privacy risks would it raise?
And how would public and privately issued monies interact?

No doubt about that, everything in this world evolve, like what you've said, cellphones from keypad to touch screen, and same as the computers they evolve too, but even if they evolve, they are still in their original form, like the monitor, from CRT to LCD and LED, it still not far from each other in their functions..same as the paper money, it might evolve, might go smaller or new added security features, but still ti will be a paper money..

Don't think the paper money will live long. I believe even now it's just 5% in paper. The future is digital.

many people think that bitcoin does not fit in with their parents or older generations. That is not true My own parents told me about bitcoin. it proves that my parents know about bitcoin
so actually bitcoin suitable for anyone so I think paper money has a bad future for this

I agree with the future will be dominated by the digital payment method. so bills will decrease in its use. I don't think with paper money will be lost. but only the intensity of use are to be reduced..

Golden rule? Does that really exist? We are at a world where countries have democracy do you really think they will abide by rules?
I will give you an example.

How many years had it been since computer was created? But still there are a lot who doesnt know it. Though there are education for it still people dont want to learn. This is a world od own opinions and people are abusing democracy so they do what they want and dont's. Even if you live in a city there are people who cannot operate a computer even the basic pushing the power button.

I can say that bitcoin can replace fiat on the future as we can see there are more advantage on bitcoin compare fiat.
My brother usuallly send money with my fiat but once he being introduced with bitcoin, he switch into bitcoin as transfer transaction as it provide lowest fee and faster confirmation

Why do people keep saying that. Question is are we still alive on that day that bitcoin is the currency for all. You cant just change fiat just like that. That is too futuristic to tell and there is no proof.

I think that paper money will exist of course in the future and that there will also be a lot of people that will still using paper money in the future and that is very nice.
We all know that Bitcoin is getting more used now, but that doesnt mean that paper money will disappear.

I don't think that paper money can be or will be banned or not, but I can't see any such signal.

Countries can move to become a paperless nation by promoting debit cards but they will still need backup and they will keep the money in their vaults.

It is not easy to simply ban or stop using decades old fiat system. Probably after few decades we will see such changes, but not anytime soon.

Yeah that is what I am trying to say. Just cant find the right words. Well you did hit it now. Let's just focus on using it more as daily or weekly basis. That way maybe someday people will accept it too as a means of payment.

There is no way that you could do this because currently there isnt many business that acdept bitcoin yet therefore the usage of bitcoin is very limited right now. The only way to boost its usage is to convince alot of business to accept it otherwise it will be just the same as it is
