It can be profitable on a long term but but most likely this will not happen because its just luck you need.

I agree, playing poker player vs player or any type of physical gambling game can be profitable in long term because you will learn from every mistake you made and you can make many strategies to overcome it. So the chance of losing in the future will be lesser.
